These are the first designed for motorcycling boots I've ever had in 40 years of riding, I've always had hiking boots. But I thought maybe these offer something I'm missing. When I got these (internet order) I was surprised by the shallow tread depth. And that has proved to be the reason I say don't buy these boots. I bought them about 7 months ago and the tread is worn off under the ball of the feet. I have ridden very little, maybe two days a week to work where I'm in an office environment on carpet. I don't drag my feet approaching or pulling out from a stop so I can only conclude the soles are of an extremely soft compound that wears out much too fast. I can't afford to buy two sets of boots a year. I thought about replacing the soles, but have decided to go back to a comfortable hiking boot that will provide some lasting service. |

For the last couple of months my '07 GL1800 began to start a little slow vs that quick firing of the engine. I knew it couldn't be the battery as I installed it Feb '12. This weekend I was at Holiday Park in Weston, Florida and that was it ... done. Luckily, my buddy on his '05 HD Road King drove my battery to Rick Case Honda a few miles away. They tested the battery and it was dead. My buddy purchased a new one, delivered it and I was back on the road in under 90 mins. Lucky for being unlucky. Can't endorse this product given it left me stranded. Regarding Wing Stuff, just spoke to Rodney and customer service kick's ass ... they will work with WestCo directly and issuing me a refund. Thanks Wing Stuff! James James |
| This is the lower cost of liners you can get, but they are handy to have. Makes to easy just to reach in and grab. |
| This is a great add-on, I have the 32oz and love being able to keep a cold drink handy without having it get all over my bike. |
| Let a buddy have mind...now I need another..BikeBandit has this for $61.95 plus shipping and that's on sale? I don't think so! I like Wing stuff! I own a 2007 1800 and the tender is just waht you need when the bear is in hibernation...Oz Man |
| Dyna beads made a very noticable difference on my 2001! Smoother ride, tires seem to be wearing better too! Istallation was kinda funky at first, you have to keep tapping the valve, they eventually drop in. I'm a believer! |

9 am, xmas morning. momma gives me a kuryakyn backrest. 9:30 it's on the bike. 9:45, momma sits on bike. 10:00 am, kury backrest is on ebay. 10:15 am, I purchase a UTOPIA from wingstuff. Friday I receive it. SAturday morning (today), I install it. 40 minutes tops, (and that's with worrying like hell I"ll mess it up). No worries. Easy install. Fits like a dream. Momma LOVES it! (she figures she'll use the back pouch AS a purse all summer) :>) Highly recommended backrest! (oh yeah, it fits me like a glove). I"m 6'0" 230, w/32" inseam. |
| I've owned mine about a year now (about 20K miles)and couldn't be happier. Matter of fact I don't even think about my rear bothering me at all anymore. If your butt hurts you won't enjoy that ride. Max distance I've done in a day is 800 miles. Don't wait, buy one now. |
| Okay, I have had these on for some time now and they are awsome at keeping the wing off. I accidently broke the lower left one recently and can tell the difference while riding. By the way, if you need a replacement piece, you can go to the Baker Built website and order the piece you need. I think I paid less than $15 plus shipping for the lower. They also have etching and engraving of the wings at a reasonable cost. Definitely 5 stars as they do what they're designed to do. Installation was fairly simple also. Take your time and measure twice. |
| Great piece for the rear. Adds a nice touch. Easy to install, take your time and make sure to align the piece correctly. |
| this is a great buy.it fits great and takes up little room..would buy again. |
