install is tough
A friend got me these after seeing them on my wishlist. The install was tough, but I should have read previous comments first recommending wd40 and such. My OEM heated grips were showing signs of age and I had to choose to either replace them or find an alternative. These work great to keep the look and the heat still comes through. They will make your grips a little bigger around so you'll have to get used to it but overall I'm happy I had these on my wishlist and that I have friends nice enough to look at what I want. |

Better than older cigarette light plug
A friend got me this as a gift after seeing it on my wishlist. It is a great improvement over the older cigarette style plug I had. Just about everything uses USB cables to charge now and this isn't as long as the cig plug so its easier to install or remove the front pocket now. Install was really easy. |
Special Edition Quantum Windshield w/Rain Zip Coating

Didn't believe it until I rode with it
I must admit to being a doubter to any claims a windscreen advertiser makes but decided to get this while at Wing Ding this year as my OEM screen with 60K on it had seen better days. The airflow is so much smoother than the OEM. The shield is about an inch taller than OEM and in its lowest setting seems to trap water between the shield and the dash if it rains so I have it one click up. My OEM shield was kept at the 3rd click up. Overall, a nice shield that makes a noticeable difference. |

2nd pair
On my second pair of these and I still like them a lot. The upgraded tread design is a nice improvement. I still take a pair of walking shoes with me when I ride and only use these on the bike but in a pinch they could work for walking boots as well if you really needed to. |
Plug & Play Wire Harness w/Relay

Easy install
I think it took me less than 30 minutes to install this harness total. It actually took more time to tie in the flat connector for the trailer than it did to install this relay harness. Granted, I'm a bit anal and soldered all the connections on the flat connector but this product is great. |

your milage may vary
Changed mine at 12K and it was still clean. Changed it again at 51K and it was probably overdue. Okay- it was overdue. I figure I'll go with every 25K from this point forward. Other than that, its an air filter, not much too it, but it needs to be changed to keep things running smooth. |

Follow up review
I purchased this at Wing Ding in 2011 from Wingstuff and within a year, the chrome on the top and underside was rusting. The top was just noticeable and the underside looked like a it was completely rusting through with not a single iota of clean metal. Wingstuff replaced the part for me and it has been another year. Guess what- its rusting just as bad. As I really don't want to go through the new part shuffle every year I may clean it up and paint it black to stop the rust. As a cup holder, this is great and my wife loves it for our trips. As far as a quality product from Kuryakyn, good luck. I've had 2 now and both have the same results. For the price I would think they would give you something that wouldn't rust as easily. As far as Wingstuff's customer service, they are great. However, I do not see the point in returning this for a second time as its not Wingstuff's fault that Kuryakyn can't get their quality up to a good standard. |

Great so far!
Got these and paid the $10 for installation at Wing Ding this year. After riding almost 500 miles with them I think they are great. I watched the guys at Baker built install these in about 10 minutes time and it seems simple enough as long as you are willing to drill into your bike which I have never been afraid of, but for ten bucks, who would say no. I have the dark tint with black brackets on an 07 Blue Goldwing and they look great. The black blends nicely with the blue and doesn't detract making it look like someone added more chrome just for the sake of adding chrome. For cold airflow, open the top vent and keep the bottom closed. Warm air is just the opposite and I'm looking forward to seeing how well they work in the winter months as I ride year round here in Virginia. |

Kuryakyn Chrome Luggage Rack w/Rubber Inlay for GL1800
ITEM CODE: KU7151, SKU: KU7151

less than 2 years old
Rack is less than 2 years old and I'm already noticing the chrome starting to bubble and getting ready to peel. I'll contact Kuryakyn but from reading other reviews don't think I will get to far. May end up taking it of long enough to blast and powdercoat it. Starting to wish I would have gone with the cheaper version that uses the round bar. |
Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers for GL1800

install was fairly easy
The bumpers near the hinges require a little more effort to install but it wasn't terrible. Will keep an eye on it and update if I have any negative results. |
