365 Day Easy Return Policy


Return Criteria:

Our return policy is simple:
We accept all returns that meet the following conditions with no restocking fee:

  • Return requests must be made within 365 days of invoice date.
  • Products must be in original, un-installed, un-opened manufacturers' packaging and in brand new condition (just as you received it) to be eligible for return.
  • Discontinued, Closeout, and Closeout Ebay items are not eligible for returns.
  • Helmets ordered with headsets installed may not be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Eligible items must be submitted using our RMA Request Form below to receive a return authorization number by email. See the RMA form below:

Other Notes:

Re-Orders:

We do not offer exchanges. When you return an item you will receive a refund (pending inspection) and can then re-order the correct product as you normally would.

Return Shipping:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued back to your credit card after inspecting the returned product and determining if the product's condition meets the above return criteria.
