Installation was not a problem and it cleared the fender on my CSC Cobra XL trike. My wife loves it and also uses it for storing maps and things on our travels. I do not know how long the basket will last. I guess is it can be replaced. It seemed a little steep in price, but you get what you pay for, and it looks to be top quality.

I ordered this windshield from wingstuff and it came in a Honda labeled box with Honda printed instructions, but it has a National Cycle logo on the windshield. I guess Honda is buying their tall windshields from National Cycle. Everything fit fine, but was really expecting a Honda branded windshield like the one that came on my Goldwing. |
Had these about 18 months and they are pitting and rusting even though they are polished and cleaned regularly. They are great looking rests though and work well, I think I will get them re-chromed over the winter months.
Does make access to the stand easier with floorboards, but mine kept coming loose - metal actually too soft and bent causing the first one to fall off going down the road. I know it sucks, but a dab of JB Weld on all contact points made the second one work for me - does drag with hard cornering...
This is a great product, spacious and easy put on and take off. I went on a 7200 mile 20 day ride from Cali to Pennsylvania and every where in between. Yes we were rained on and the one negative I found in the bag showed its heads. The rain cover is cheap and my gear got wet a couple of times. I took the cover from my trunk bag and used it and everything remained dry. It needs a better cover. That would make it 5 STARS.
This is the best dollar I ever spent !!!there is no way I can ride as long as I do without this back rest..it's a bit for my wife to mount and dismount the bike with me on it first ... so she mount frist (that easy). Installing the backrest was a bit scary cutting into a perfectly good seat but no problem just take you time ,study the directions watch the video , shouldn't have any problems if you don't feel comfortable, have the dealer do it ,
Excellent product, wife love them . a bit pricey, wife happy / I'm happy .... Purchase these arm rests the day I pick up the bike from the dealership . Been garage kept since , ( Keep it well waxed .) No rust anywhere...
Purchase this charger at local honda dealer at twice the price. My bad ... had used an last bike (VTX 1300R)and transfer to my goldwing, 3 years old and still working great. A must have for us seasonal rider's
Excellent cover for the price , 15 minutes install. Looks great, add to the bling...
Excellent product for getting rid of that stupid weld cover, For the price of that bike ,you would think it would come stock (but who am I kidding) very easy install . A bit pricey but worth it..
Add a bit more chrome , price is right , took 2 minutes to install , very simple , easy......
Easy to install. Took me maybe 30 seconds. I never used that little compartment anyway. This takes its place and I love the location. The drink is directly in front of you and easy to manage. And there is no holder hanging from the handlebars, getting in my way. Since it's grounded in the body of the bike itself, it's sturdy. The interior is rubber, so I keep my sunglasses and phone in a couple of the compartments. You will have trouble getting a drink larger than a 20 oz. to fit inside the holder, although the rubber interior of the holder does have "fins" that conform to a bottle that is a bit larger sometimes. But you'll have to learn not to get a bottle that is shaped with a larger bottom to it. However, I have no complaints and I use it every time I ride. I keep extra bottles of water and Gatorade in the trunk and one of those is always in my holder.
