BreakAway Manual Cruise Control
| I looked at this for a couple of years. I called and talked to the owner/manufacturer and we had a very in depth discussion. I wanted to install this on my 2010 GL1800 Audio & Comfort model ...... The only drawback to mounting on the heated grips model is a slight interference with the heated throttle grip electrical cable. This is the reason for the non-fitment issue. I found that the interference only occurs with a wide open throttle position. I rarely open my throtte wide open, and if I do, I am aware that I have to manually close the throttle past the interference and all is good....... It works just fine for me, but it may not for others. |

Second Review
| As I have previously stated in a prior review, These do what they are intended to do, but they are not the best cure all. They WILL make your trunk very hard to close and lock, and hard to open also. Again, Do Not Waste Your Money. After having them on my trunk for a year, I removed them. Any one who makes a comment about another reviewer's opinion, is not a review that you can put any trust in. Not Worth the Money ...... better options out there. |

| This is also what I did. Be sure and get the extended pigtail to be able to run the power connection back over to the left fairing pocket area. That way, everything pretty much stays OEM and it's plug'N'play .......... |

Works Great
| As it should, filters out all the alternator whine in the auxilary audio mode. I have a Zumo 665LM GPS with the built-in XM radio and MP3 player. |

Taller OEM Vented Windshield

Don't wast your time or money ....
| After having these on for a year and a half, I finally took them off. I found there to be NO wear in and fitting better. Lid was always hard to open and hard to close. I just bought me some of the soft material stick on bumpers and applied in the ares susceptible to rubbing. It works better in my opinion. |

Good Risers
| I installed the wide version because I did not want to increase the bent angle at the wrists. That is what can make a ride uncomfortable. I like them. |
