This cup holder broke on my first trip, going over a bump on the way into a gas station. I had a water bottle in it and it sheared off where it joins the connector. Obviously I am not impressed and would not recommend this product.

The title says it all. This was installed on my 6th GL1800, the previous five had the Honda CB/Antenna installed when I bought them. This Add-On antenna wobbles and cannot be adjusted to be firm, kind of like parts of my 68yo anatomy. 1 Star because a lower score isn't available. And my g/f, who rides her own 2012 GL1800 has had the same experience with the Add-On antenna on her Wing wobbling. |
I have run these on my Valkyries and my F6B. The cheap plastic retainers and rubber stems that come from the factory are difficult to put a gage on and often have the retainers fall off which can result in a dangerous condition. These stems fix all of that. Get rid of those cheap OEM stems and have more confidence in your valve stems!
Have these on both my F6B and Goldwing. Most folks assume they are installed from the factory, add extra safety with additional rear running and brake lights. Easy installation!

Nice looking and easy to fit, 20 minutes to install. First weekend out bottomed out both sides in corners, would be better with two folds at each side , will probably have to get a new one made locally. |
I experienced the left side of the LEDs going out first then some lower right
I just needed a bit more pullback and these did the job. My dealer installed them in about an hour. After I get my new Ultimate seat on my 2015 Goldwing I will most likely be adding a set of these as well.
Put a set of the red ones on my black Kuryakyn grips. The little subtle red against the black grips really pop on my 2015 Anniversary edition Goldwing. Super easy installation.
Just installed a set of these on a friends bike. They are very bright and look much better than the round offerings from Honda for the 2012 and up Goldwings. Install was straight forward and good instructions.
These really seemed to make a difference for my passenger in regards to buffeting. We couldn't keep her microphone from opening up all the time from the airflow no matter how high I set the squelch level. The air wings took care of that problem also. I would purchase again!
This product will not fit a Motor Trike Adventure kit with the nerf bumper. The rack hits the bumper when it's fully extended and you still can not put the pin in. The shaft is too short to use the bolt on the receiver that removes the slack. And even if these problems were addressed, the rack sits to low to clear small dips or speed bumps in the road and would sit to close to the trike to open the lower trunk door. I had to buy other parts and modify the rack to make it work. You could find someone to make a rack that works for far less than $135. I know this products works for motorcycles but not for trikes.
took a pair of snips and cut vertical slots near the front of each horizontal slot just wide enough for the bolt shafts to slip past then give the pan a tap forward and done in 10 min.
