Great addition
| I have NO idea why Honda doesn't put a trunk handle on the Wing. How cheap of them. I have a 2012 Wing and immediately put one on it. I recently purchased a 2015 40 Anniversary that is Triked with a California Sidecar. Can you believe, even the Anniversary Edition had no trunk handle. I immediately added one. The bike is black and has a lot of chrome. Adding this chrome handle to the trunk really sticks out. I love the handle. |

The fix for broken/stripped trunk latch holes.
| I should have gotten one of these years ago for my 2010. First repair was minor, but should have been done including one of these. Second repair much more extensive and required it this time. Looks nice and easy to install if you do not have to repair a bunch of broken plastic first. |

| Bought this handle to fix the trunk locking device. Plastic broke off trunk lid and inner trunk lid. The handle was used so I could attach locking hinges to the trunk lid. Works fine. |

Looks Nice
| Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is a nice bright light with braking only though, don't know why but I thought it would also be on with less intensity as another running light.I have a 2012 and the handle does not fit flush with trunk lid at the top where the water will run down the trunk and into the space and the rubber pads are to small to create a seal, will have to take it apart once I find some suitable material to fashion my own pads preferably something wedge shaped.Drilling out the the screw bosses was easy once the drill started it pulled itself in straight and then when it hit the end of the hole I pressed it out through trunk . |

LIghted Trunk Handle
| In the past I have always opened and shut my trunk with the luggage rack. Finally I decided to give the trunk handle a try. I ordered this lighted handle, it was a little work to remove the inner trunk liner and get the holes drilled but got er done! Handle looks and works great. I highly recommend this item for added bling and safety. |

Functional Bling!
| This Chrome & LED Trunk Handle has been on my bike now for several years, it still looks great and is very solid. I use it all the time to get inside the trunk and have had no issues. The chrome has held up fine and the bright LEDs add some extra brake lighting. More visibility is always a good thing. I would recommend this product! |

Very Bright LED Plus Very Solid Handle
| Great product. Solid handle and very bright brake light. As with everyone else, I was a little hesitant to drill through the trunk the way they described, but all went well. Use masking tape to hold the handle in place while re-installing the trunk lid. Wiring hook up was very easy. The whole process took about an 1 1/2 hour. Very satisfied |

Solid and Well Made

If you are looking for a trunk handle, look no further! I bought this so I don't 'man handle' the paint to open and close my trunk any more. The directions were good but like others I had a problem with the bolts to attach this. I finally figured out that if you put the top bolts in first and let the rubber gasket slid down a little, while doing so, you can get the bolt started fairly easy. After you get the two top bolts started, slid the gasket back up, pull down on the handle (keeping pressure on it to compress the gasket) and install the lower bolts. I hooked this up to a tail blazer brake modulator, that was already installed with a Honda spoiler. Now I not only have a tail light, but an extra flashing brake light. |

Kuryakyn Lighted Trunk Handle- Problem Solved!!!
| The Kury trunk handle is the best looking one offered for sale anywhere! Looks and functionality are the best in my opinion of all the manufacturers! The one thing that concerned me was that so many guys mentioned in their review was the fact the the mounting bolts were just to short and longer ones needed to be purchased to complete the mounting process. Never. Made sense to me that this was the case with this accessory considering that it is so well designed by Kuryakyn. During my install I did notice that the bolts appeared to be a little short, but closer examination revealed the problem that many have experienced. It revolves around the rubber gasket that goes between the handle and paint. You will notice that under the handle a recessed area that the gasket HAS to fit into. It not, the gasket holds the handle up to far for the bolts to reach the threads. One bolt on each side WILL reach the threads, start that one first and tighten it down a turn or two, then carefully with the tip of a small screwdriver carefully work the gasket underneath the handle into the recessed area. Once gasket is in place completely under handle base, give the first bolt an other turn or two and this will compress the gasket enough for you to start the second bolt into the threads. After that just snug up the bolts to seat the handle and you are done!! Give the chrome and paint a quick wipe with a polishing cloth and you will love the finished look! |

Just installed it yesterday. Was kind of skittish, when read had to drill THRU the mounting bosses for the trunk latch assy. It all went well tho. The screws ARE too friggin' short tho. Went to fastenall and got some 1/4" longer. Reattached everything, works/looks good. Sure adds some 'weight' to the trunk tho. Chrome quality is outstanding. |
