Looks sturdy but haven't tried it yet.
Chrome always looks better and this one seems much beefier than the OEM kickstand.
These just set off the back of the bike and look GREAT!
We had these on our old bike and we had to put them on our new one. They are GREAT for diverting cold air during a chilly day and excellent on giving more air on a hot day!
Best tires there are for a Goldwing... I never run anything else... great price from Wingstuff!
Nice looking, integrate well with bike. Some people use balancing beads instead, because they are cheaper. However, you can’t use their injector bottle with TPMS valves, so you have to put the beads directly into the tire. Centramatics is one install and you’re done.
The install was very easy, they are a great addition to the Bike. Only wish that I’d bought them earlier
I have to admit, I was reluctant to buy this item based on the one other review. But after looking at other items of similar design I decided to try it anyway. I had a few issues installing, no fault of the parts', but once installed I liked the look. Then I rode it. this is the part that concerned me because of what the other reviewer had to say. I have size 13 feet, And was worried that I was going to find it extremely uncomfortable. However, upon actually riding it, it was quite comfortable. I didn't find any of the issues that the other reviewer mentioned. Perhaps it's just the way that I position my feet when I ride. But I find it to be quite comfortable. Much better than using pegs. I highly recommend this item. Looks nice, rides nice, all around the quality product.
It was prohibitively expensive to buy & have installed by the dealer, but I happened to come across Fred Harmon's video, so purchased from Wingstuff & gave it a try. The keypad installation went smoothly, but I got in a hurry on the saddlebag portion, partly because I was losing power on my iPad. It was hard to install one of the screws on the unit, as it was a tight fit, & I had to relocate the cable, as I had misrouted it, & the trunk wouldn't lock, but I finally got it done & it works great. Try to stay patient, stop & rerun the video as needed, & you should have good results.
Purchased this for my 2012 1800 Goldwing. Haven't install yet, waiting to decide to purchase the Cardo Duo Bluetooth or another type of Bluetooth. Will update when install.
Plug-n-play. Super simple. No splicing. Used them to install and connect Tridium fog light/running light/ turn signals. Perfect fit.
Bought this for my 07 sound system. Simple enough to install.Instruction said to drill a 1-1/4" hole at bottom of trunk...not necessary on my bike! There are wires coming in from bottom of the storage cubby hole in the box and that is plenty big enough for the connector to go through.Wish it had a SD card slot instead of USB, which take up more space in the cubby hole.I can only create one main and 5 sub folders for a total of 6 folders containing 95 song maximum each folder.Guess I'll have to create couple of flash drives on a long rides.Connection is simple with one hookup on each end. CD selection on control select which "disc"(folder)to play.Single tap on right handle bar selector advance one song, long press advance to next "disc".With an optional 3.5mm cable, I can hookup to a phone or other mp3 player but, you'll have no selector control.Overall, I'm happy with it.
