The 30-40 mph wobble is gone. When you see the stock bearings you will know why it wobbled. Too small and cheap. Torqued my bearings to 20 ft lbs. Steered it some and then backed it off. Retorqued to 17 ft pounds and it is perfect. A lot of different opinions on the torque settings, but my steering was too tight when I went higher. It should also be kept in mind that most of our torques wrenches probably differ a bit and most people have never had their wrench re-calibrated after purchasing it. |

Installed the Progressive rear spring and the Progressive front fork springs 600 miles ago and it was a wonderful improvement over stock. Wanted to try the Monotube Cartridges so now I can confirm that when both parts are new the Monotubes are definitely smoother. Alot of talk about the Cartridges raising the bike from the Progressive springs, but those must of been older springs that sagged some. My bike did raise in the front when I did the fork springs, but it is the identical height now with the Monotubes. The bike does lean over a bit more on the kickstand and it is okay, but I have a 1/2" plate that I am going to cut and weld onto the bottom of another kickstand I purchased from a trike take-off on ebay. I am 6'0" tall with a 34" inseam and weigh 230 pounds and I ran no spacers in the cartridges. Very happy with how smooth the front end is. In my opinion the bike now handles and rides perfect with my wife on giving us about a 375 pound load. I would prefer the back shock to be slightly softer when I ride solo, but it is way better than the way too soft stock rear spring. |
| Installed this back rest on a friends F6B. The install was easy and back rest work sgood. |
| Finally a GREAT product and support to go with it. These balancers work as advertised and more. With slight cupping I installed these balancers. After about 200 miles my cupping is gone. I never worry about balancing again. Thanks for bringing my smooth ride back. Not a gimmic, just smart idea taht works. A must for the long haul and saving money! |
| Very easy to install took about 15 minutes top. Looks really nice |

A little Pricey but well worth the money. Great for the distance traveler. No longer have to have Jackie hand me a drink. Now we have our own drink holders. Very easy to install. Easy access to rider and passenger. Note: during installation snug means snug. Don't over tighten the nuts. The bolt will break, trust me on that. The bolt is welded to the holder then chromed. Break it buy another, and start over. |

A must for anyone interested in servicing and maintaining your Goldwing. Very clear instructions on just about anything you are willing to tackle on your own. Manual paid for itself with one air filter change. great addition to my garage |
| Added much needed chrome to back of my GL1800. Light is ok. Better to have more |
| This is not so much a review of the product but hopefully, useful information-- Some reviewers indicated that it's impossible to load these through the valve stem and most say no problem- as it turns out THEY ARE BOTH CORRECT. I had to opportunity to try and put these into a new tire/wheel (2008 stem) through the older style of valve stem while the wheel and tire were on the bench with complete control. There was nothing I could do to make them enter that way and trust me I tried everything- My brother has a new wing with the new aluminum block type valve stem. We easily put the beads in that while still on the bike no problem at all. I have yet to understand why that's true. I even tried to use only 1 bead drop it into the open stem shake and turn the tire to insure that it would enter- not even the single bead would enter the stem?? It makes me think there is some kind of filter screen behind the bend in the stem- yet I was able to push a small light wire tie all the way through stem?? Maybe this brings some understand to the contrast in reports on the use of this product?? |
| These things are junk. They spin on the engine guard and you can't tighten them down enough. I didn't even try to put the other side on. I had a set of the Ergo pegs on my other bike. Shouldn't have tried to go cheaper. |

The stock grips are too small and felt strange with my big hands. These grips added the bulk the stock ones were missing and comfortably fit my hands ( like building up a golf club grip to a bigger size ). Two very important things to pay attention to when installing: 1. Be careful not to lock the two metal pieces together till their on the grip. I had a terrible time getting them apart to go onto the grips when I was ready! 2. Take the intructions advice and use zip ties to get them to fully click together! They will go together seamless if you use the zip ties and pull them tight. After they are together you can cut the zip ties off and all will be good! Real nice add on, don't forget the throttle boss end piece, I'm enjoying mine!! |
| Following the installation instructions in previous reviews I found it straight forward and quite easy. Make sure to tape the quarters into the spring. The unit works very well, highly recommended. |
