| Quantum Windshield, see my 5/9/10 picture. I purchased this in January 09’. I like the stock windshield for its looks only. I found that it created a back draft that gave me a lot of neck pain after only 2 hours of riding and made it difficult to keep my back warm in cool weather. So I looked for a while and took a chance on this windshield. I thought it looked a little odd but liked it once I put it on. The curve (inside radius of the shield) on it was a little larger than the body so you have to manipulate it a little during assembly. It can be raised and lowered but is a little more difficult than the stock one. It didn’t completely eliminate the back draft but it help considerably. My neck doesn’t start to bother me until I have gone past 10 hours of riding. It also creates a bigger air pocket than the stock one and hearing the radio is about the same. Overall I really like this wind shield and would recommend it to anyone. Chris |

| I purchased the windshield without the vent. I am totally satisfied! The construction is great, it looks great and with proper adjustment, it does a great job deflecting a lot of the wind. Everybody that sees the windshield compliments it's good looks. I would also like to thank Phil on the order desk for finding this windshield and getting it to me. Definitely worth 5 stars! |

| it is a great replacement for a scratched windshield...have had it for 5 months and have no scratches from cleaning and the bugs are bad in Alberta and have been forced to use squeegie at gas station no issue |

| I thought this shield would be better for protection, but it is not. It should have a little flip at the top to help with the wind. I am not happy at all with this shield as it does not have anymore wind protection than stock. I would not reccomend this shield. |

| Not the easiest of installs. The hole for the vent is not cut for an easy fit, I actually lost one of the rubber grommets trying to fight to get the vent in. The hight of the vent is too high also. I'm 6 ft tall and with this shield all the way up it was in the worst line of sight possible, and my rider said the wind on her was worse. So I lowered it to the bottom and up 2 clicks and she says it pretty good now, but now it's worse than ever on me. As stated by others, it really buffets alot at highway speeds. I do like the concept they were trying to accomplish as the curved edges do help the passenger, but I would suggest they go back to the drawing board. I will be buying a different windshield. |

| I replaced my stock with the Quantum Hard Coated Windshield and I did not noticed any difference in having a regular windshield. In time I will replace it. |

| Not happy with this windshield at all. 1. it was hard to install in my 06 GL1800 (vented version), it was more rounded than should be and when all bolts were tightened it stopped sliding. I had to left the mounting bolts loose to allow moving the windshield up and down. 2. The bottom part of this windshield toches the cockpit at the lowest position and being scrached from the inner side. 3. I have ridden with this windshield (not too much 100-200 miles) when cold (high 30s) no difference in buffeting compared to stock at ANY position of the windshield. This is personal as I opened the season with new windshield. Passenger felt the same as myself - no difference. For my short hight - 170cm - I always look through the windshield. Therefore: 4. My windshield was not optically correct. It distorts. 5. The vent is located too hight for me, so when riding slow at the close distances I can't look under my front and see the car tail clearly. 6. It looks 'strange' to me when installed. Especially fully lifted. I rated it 3 stars because it is still possible to ride with this windshield with less comfort though. I am switching back to the stock. |

| Very easy install. Seems to divert the air alot better than stock. Only disadvantge is that the upper corners move around alot at freeway speeds. VERY NICE PRODUCT |

| Looks good and seems better than stock. When all the way down, it basically moulds to the dash. I had a LOT of trouble getting the vent on because they don't finish the top edge of the cut out very well. That's the only reason I don't give it 5 stars. |
