| Great lights, very bright. I replaced one of the lights on the chrome lighted fork covers that quit working. Only had to buy one, all of the others come in pairs. These are trimmed in a chrome finish. I gave it 4 stars because you attach them with the adhesive backing, not a built in stud like the reflectors, and the wires come out near the end of the light, requiring another hole to be drilled. Not a big deal though. |

| These were unnecessarily hard to install. The day they were to be delivered I got the fog light covers off and punched out the tabs and cleaned them up. I also used Fred's shortcut to get the console off off and ready so all I would have to do is install the button. Took me about 30 minutes to do the prep. I get the lights and the photos in the instructions are useless. No how to videos online. Tried to download the pdf install guide thinking it would be clearer but the link online was bad. Spent 45 minutes just trying to put the brackets together and then another 45 minutes trying to interpret the poor photos and get the brackets installed. The lights were difficult to adjust correctly and frustrating to install. As for the lights, they match the headlight and are super bright. I am glad I got fog lights but if I had to do it again I would have purchased a different brand. Preferably one that has a how to video online. |

| On the first few rides I felt a buzzy vibration in the handlebars. I was worried it was the engine but the buzz did not follow engine revs but did follow the wheel speed. So, I took them off the front to test it and sure enough, the centramatics caused a buzzy vibration in the handlebars. At highway speed (over 50) they were smooth, but in traffic and around town and at low cruising speeds they were MISERABLE !! I am not using them since I ride my bike as primary transportation and that means a lot of low speed riding. |
| I purchased these but as others have stated, was reluctant to install due to the type of bonding tape required to mount, which would make any future maintenance required (changing air filter) difficult. I read particularly Randy's review wherein he commented that he had contacted Kuryakyn on the problem to which Kuryakyn responded the attachment issue was "an oversite" and they were working on a 'Service Kit', whatever that is. Thus, I followed up with Kuryakyn a few days ago to restate the problem and check the status of said 'Service Kit'. Their response was that they were not aware of/had not heard of any issue regarding the attachment and removal of the air deflectors. Interesting! I could regurgitate the email tree between Kury & myself but it would take pages. I cut & pasted several reviews, including Randy's (sans his name), essentially reminding them of the issue. Persistence produces results. As of this afternoon, 04/21/21, a Service Kit of sorts was added to the Kuryakyn product page consisting of several strips of 3M tape rather than the high bond, non-removable tape which comes with the unit. The 3M tape costs around $9.00. With Tax, Title & License (S&H), comes to $15.00. That price is in addition to the unit, which will still include the high bond tape. The Air Deflectors are #6579. The 'Service Kit' is #6589. |
| It's about a 5 minute switch over from the OEM windshield to this f4 which I love because you can clean it with Windex and paper towels scratch resistant perfect fit for the bike 20 in the same inch as the OEM |
