The install instructions are the POOREST ever - may as well just say "Take the old stand off and put the new one on". Says to take off the chrome muffler cover, but doesn't specify the left or right, so one has to guess. Then, no clue as to how to take the cover off. Couldn't get the cover back on - a mechanic had to do it. Then, no guidance how to get the spring off the old stand - had to cut it off. And no guisance as to how to get the new spring on - had to buy a spring install tool. And the new spring is too weak to get the stand all the way up. Once on, the stand works well. The instructions say to get the rear wheel off the ground (to check air pressure) , put a one-inch board under the stand, but it is VERY difficult to get the bike on and off the stand.I kinda wish I'd just left the old stand on.
I had HIDs installed for all 4 lights. One low beam started to fail, so installed these for the low beams. I also have the 'Low Headlight cutout relay" installed. These worked out great. Easy install, and bought a few self stick wire clamps to hold the wires/drivers out of the fork space. Nice lights.
I just bought this with the left side mount for my 2018 Goldwing Tour DCT. The package arrived well boxed, with no damage. It included instructions. The fit was good and it went on fairly easily though some fiddling to get the mount to hook correctly was needed. Its nice looking - I hope the chrome lasts in the weather without chipping or fading, only time will tell. The rubber holder itself appears very solid, I like that should it touch the bike it wont damage the paint. (No reason it should as the holder keeps it fairly high). Now all I need is some good weather to properly test it out
Easy to get on and off and secure. Folds up small, so easy to stow in saddlebag or trunk. I like that there are no hooks (metal or plastic) used to secure it to the bike, just loop the straps over the rider foot pegs and you're good. Little pricey...but good quality.
Great fit, great price. This kit helped make my first oil change on 2019 DCT Tourer a breeze.
This fit my 2019 fine - screw size and hole placement were correct for this order and install in April 2021. I am satisfied with quality, price, looks, and function of this product.
I purchased these LED's for daytime visibility here in Australia, and boy do they work. It took about 2 hours to fit, but was not a real problem. I had to velcro and cable tie the drivers to the side covers inside, which took the longest time but all good now. I would recomend any wing owner to get a set of these, they are brilliant in more ways than one.
This is my second set. Makes tire checks a lot easier.
These Deflectors are a quality made product. They are a thicker plastic then the other brand I had on my 2010 Goldwing. They were easy to install and only took about 10 minutes.
Works well, allows you to power everything you need without modifying the original harness... just what i was looking for
I am one who usually rides daylight with high beams on for added visibility, now, that is no longer required and would truly be overkill. Nighttime I set them to the lowest downwards setting and still get the occasional flash of high beams from oncoming traffic. So Plenty bright! The installation was very easy for the Low Beams, but like any high beam bulb, on the Goldwing, that story changes, and my big mitts will not allow me to fit in there to do the change, but that has nothing to do with the bulbs, rather the bike design.I highly recommend the Pathfinder LED kit.
I have wired the Wig Wag into my Goldwing and the Back-Off module into my motorcycle trailer. Both work as intended and I constantly check my mirrors to see how close vehicle have pulled up behind me on a stop. So far the light show is working well!
