| Very easy to install, fit and finish are perfect, and it’s so OEM look!It’s bright enough but not too bright to blind other driver, which is also nice.However, I would love it more if I can choose to not use the brake-flasher feature and sequential turn signal feature.In my opinion, since the bike’s original rear turn signal doesn’t do sequential, it looks out of sync. And brake flasher is (unfortunately) illegal to use in Japan at least.I suppose it’s not a big trouble to add a dip-switch or some dedicated wirings to disable them.取り付けはまさに「ボルトオン」で、とても簡単でした。見た目も違和感がなく、純正っぽさが気に入っています。商品説明の読み込みが浅いこちらが悪いのですが、ウインカーのシーケンシャル点灯だけでなく、ブレーキランプのフラッシャー機能も常時作動する点がやや残念でした。海外で人気なのは分かりますが、個人的にはフラッシャーは不必要と考えます。またGLの純正リヤウインカーは一斉点灯なので、本品がシーケンシャル点灯すると、ややズレて見える点も気になります。本品がほんの少し早く点灯してくれれば違和感が薄まりそうですが、難しいでしょうね。それぞれ使用・不使用が選べるディップスイッチなどがあれば、より幅広いユーザーの要望に沿うと思います。 |
| Installation was easy and fit/finish are beautiful. It is perfectly sized for the bike’s fender.When I saw that they left some liner of double-sided tape so that I can remove them easily, I was so glad that I chose the Goldstrike!So thoughtful, even OEM parts won’t do that often.Only negative thing was that the included adhesion promoter was all dried up. Other than that, would recommend to everyone.両面テープの剥離紙を一部残してくれていて、スムーズに剥離紙がはがしやすかった。ユーザー目線の手間がかかった心遣いがうれしいですね！パーツの構造によっては、はがしにくい剥離紙に奮闘することもありますよね…純正フェンダーとのフィット感もよく、適度なデザインで「純正感」がある点もお気に入りです。付属のプライマーが開封前から乾いていた点以外は、文句なしです。 |
| Other than having to drill into my mint 2002 bodywork...install went well. VERY effective for both wife and I. Will be adding the hand wing also for even more airflow. |
| When I received it I questioned quality because it’s made in China. When I got around to installing it appears to be as good or better than the oe one that was in it and who knows were the oe one was made since it didn’t say |
| As stated, this is my first set of the GL1800 G704/G709 combo. Apparently it was Honda and Bridgestone's love-child and it's still going strong, and that's what sold me on it. I was riding Dunlops before, but now I'll try these and see how it goes. |
| Before l installed this l gave it a poor review based that it was made in China. after removing the Honda one this appears to be built as good or better and fits like it’s supposed to. I’ll wait a while before writing a review in the future. Embarrassed |
| Great add on for the bike. Much easier to manipulate than the OEM stand. Would recommend it highly! |
