These pegs went on very quickly and work fine. It took a few times to get them tightened up so the position/adjustments would not slip. I have the short arms as I am just over 6 feet with a 34 inch inseam. Initially I had them too low and I would scrape the blades when taking even a shallow turn. Having them too low had my legs completely straight when in use which resulted in tiredness in the knees and joints. After a 300 mile trip, I decided to position the pegs higher. This allowed a slight bend in the legs/knees and eliminated the stress in the legs and I had no more scraping of the pegs… except for very radical leans….. but I also scrape my stock pegs (around the shifted) during radical leans. Guess I could slow down……. Nah!!!! |
| This product went on easier that I thought. Works great once used to it. I need a Side stand extender as it is a bit tight with the shifter there and my big foot. As far as the comment that this will not fit on a 2010....... I have a 2010 and it fit just fine. I recommend the product. |
| I've had these pegs on about 6 months now. I'm giving this 3 stars because of the following. #1) I agree with the other members on the installation instruction. It would be helpful if the right and left arms were tagged, for quicker installation. #2)I've configured them in many different ways, but not yet found the right comfort zone. I bought these so I could stretch out my legs, but the inside of my leg rubs on the fairing. #3) They look good and the quality of the product is good. |

| Nice and brite ! Fit was close but a touch off. Average person will not notice unless i run over them, and if they do , oh well ! |
| I previously ran the Dunlop 240s, Elite 3s, & Metzler 880s on my wing. The Dunlops cupped with 36-38lbs in the front, as did the Metzler. The Dunlops lasted 11,000 mi to wear markers, the Metzler rear blew out at 4,000 mi, the Metzler front was in the wear markers at 8800mi. Switched to the Stones, got 15,000 front and rear. Handling was equal to Metzlers, better than Dunlops. Didn't try the Avons due to poor wear reports from other owners. Stones are my choice now, and are now the OEM tire for the 2012 wings. I run 38 in the front, and 41 rear...no cupping, smoothest ride of all and lowest price. After 2 sets, no flats or blowouts. |
| Ordered these to fill the gap on the sides of the wing, Mission Accomplished. I got complements on these on the first ride out after installation. What more could one ask for? The downside is make sure you install these on a rainy day or before bedtime. The 12 hour wait time for proper adhesion is a touch long. Haven't had any issues with heat while on the highway pegs and the silicone seems to be holding fine. Would and will buy again. |
| I ordered this item just to put a little something extra on the rear of my wing. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised, a metal Kury stick on part...Did I mention Metal? Went out to install it on the bike and like many others its just a bit too wide, maybe an 1/8 inch on each side. The fender does flex enough to fill the gap and does look nice. The finish is a 5 star but the fit for me warrants a 4. My only concern is the double stick tape. Though I have never lost a Kury part from loss of adhesion, if this thing comes off at 75mph it could do some damage. Come on double stick tape, Hang in there |
| Put the balancer on with a new tire. The front end feels good. I have MORE wobble in the 45 to 50 MPH range, but all other speeds are great. |
| Well, I must be a sucker for punishment because I bought a new set. The left still doesn't fit right. I figured out that the tabs on the fairing are closer to the front than the cut out on the vent, hence they don't line up. Needs to be fixed in the molding of the vent. To get it to work I pulled out the dremmel tool and with a small grinding wheel, ground out a little bit of the cut out on the vent so things would line up. Seems to have solved the problem because it fits nice and tight now. Good luck. |
| Installed balancers along with a set of new Conti Tires on my 2008 Wing. Have vibration between 50 and 60 mph when first installed. Have approxmatley 1000 miles on tires. Some cupping on the front tire the vibration has is some what less than when first installed. Called Centramatic about vibration. They blame it on the front tire not setted good on rim. Back tire is cupped a little but still looks to have good tread life. Keeping a close check on tires still not completely satisfied. |

Was told these lights were worth the extra money and like a lot of reviewers have noted: these are very expensive. They are very well made and the low draw on the battery help somewhat in accepting the $400.00 price tag.If your going to spend that kind of money get the lens protectors! Tested these lights out on a dark early morning ride with heavy fog. They work great in lighting up the sides of the road and are a nice addition to your low beams. Night or day they increase your visibility to other vehicles. All things considered, these lights are worth the extra money. |
