I give these 3 star for 2 reasons. 1. the instructions suck. How about some pictures or online instructions that are easily followed. 2nd reason. These are NOT a simple install. It is easier to change out your air filter than these. ( I happen to have been doing both at the same time) The front end has to be removed to get to the mounting screws. I tried to flex it open enough to get to them. No luck. Once on , they look great. Since I took it all apart I changed out to PIAA H7 bulbs.. WOW!! |
| My used bike had no manuals. Now I finally feel confident to tear the bike apart :) |
|
Works just fine . The fit is a bit wide on my bike. 08. The rear tire cover has a slight more seem showing. Not bad, but I seek perfection, so I noticed it. Not enough to make me remove it though lol |
| I noticed a bit more control than without.especially during high speed turns on ramps and bumps. Good purchase :) |

Texas heat is tamed with these. I use the bottom closed to keep heat off me. I use the upper half open to give me & co pilot a breeze. Makes a huge difference. I close all during rain & stay a bit dryer as well :) |
| I use these in Texas heat. Keeps my hands comfortable. Great purchase. |
| Fits great. Blocks more wind for my copilot. Keeps rain off very well. Rainx didn't harm it either. |
| Fits great functions as stated. Good purchase |
| It literally takes longer to get the plastic wrap off of this piece than it does to install it. I took a plastic putty knife and slid it under the OEM one and it popped right up. The new one just pushes right into the place vacated by the old one. Less than one minute install. Looks very nice. |
| Inexpensive addition that really dresses up the front of your 2012 Goldwing. They are easy to install. The first one went on so easy I got careless with the second one, after lining it up I was holding it in place for one minute to let it set and I didn't notice that the lower point had moved out of place while it was covered by my hand. When I took my hands away the lower point was a good 1/4 inch out of place. I immediately pried the piece off, it wasn't easy but it came off and the adhesive actually stayed in place and I was able to reset it and they look great. |
| I found these to be much better than the original 6in arm version. Long legs now can breath a bit, out away from having to hug the bike. If your 5ft.10 or taller, great product! |

If you change your own oil on your Goldwing, then you need to get a couple of these, at least. Thiking of getting a couple more packs, I would be set for the life of the bike and then some. Aloha! |
