| I purchased this a year or less ago. The thing is almost white. The back faded worse than the grey. It fit fine and other than that it has held up ok. I rate this a 2 because of the fading |
| Slides right on side stand. Use lock tight on the set screw or it will loosen up fast. As for use with Kuryakyn floorboards, it will hit against the boards. The solution I used was I placed the fuzzy side of an industrial strength Velcro pad on the under side of the board where the side stand hit it and I had no problems with it. Widens the footprint of the stand enough to make the bike stable in most conditions. |
| Thick rubber protects the remote quite well while it is moving around on the tank, while also protecting the finish on the bike. The cover goes on the remote easy enough. The only slight hitch in the install is getting the key ring opened far enough to go through the much thicker opening. |

How many Gold Wings have you seen that don't have a back rest installed? This is another one of those products that should just come on the bike in the first place. The Utopia is a very solid product. It makes riding very comfortable. I highly recommend it. The install looks fairly straight forward, I watched a couple of You Tube videos when I was contemplating installing one on my 2003 Wing. However I chickened out and bought a 2012 Wing and had the dealer install it. There was no charge for the install, so why not? |

I've had my unit nearly 2 years and it's given up the ghost. Still, it's good value for money and worth the investment so I'll be buying another one. |

I've had my TireGard unit since September 2012 and been through battery replacements and also some glitches with losing a sensor signal - which was fixed by rescanning....no big deal. A few days ago I was riding along a highway at 90Kmph and suffered a rapid decrease in front tire pressure. I got a warning from TireGard and was pulled over, off the road in about 30 seconds. Within another 30 seconds the tire was FLAT. Tiregard warned me BEFORE I felt anything from the front end. If I hadn't TireGard I think it would have been very very messy. I'm satisfied by investment has paid off. |
| We installed this when the bike was new, and just reordered a new one. With 17,000 miles & 1.5 years on the bike, our cowl looks like it was found in a junkyard! The chrome basically peeled off on the bottom, and bubbled out on the rest. It's a shame it isn't a more durable finish, and believe me, our bike is IMMACULATE, and EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED!! It's only been in the rain a few times during a long trip, otherwise its NEVER ridden in rain. It does look so much better than the stock cowl, so we broke down and ordered a new one...Then again NOTHING lasts forever, right??? I highly recommend, but only 4 stars for longevity. |
| Some say using these for a trike is a waste, not so in my case. Taken all wobble out of front wheel and reduced road vibrations a lot. Extended the life of the front wheel as well. Have 6,000 miles on my GW1800 Champion Trike since installation by me of fork brace and tire shows limited wear compared to when none was on machine.Easy install, worht it for me. |
| Purchased the OEM CB radio this antenna, easy install and when I checked it with an SWR meter it was nuts on! Just what was expected and met my expectation perfectly |
| Easy install looks great! No problems what so ever to install, like others the Amber doesn't match the bike but who gives a $&!t they light up the side for safety! Get ya some! |

I used Fred's videos to change the air filter and the rear shock on my 2001 GL1800. They were immensely helpful with detailed instructions all along the way. I am looking forward to using the videos to show me how to maintain my Gold Wing for many more miles. |
