tires
Good handling and wear has been a little above average compared to other tires I have tried. I switched from Dunlop to Bridgestone and just seem to like these. Overall performance has been very good in condition from below freezing to above 100 F. with no problems. Price is also good compared to others. |

Traveling on bridgestones
I have had two sets of these on my gold wing. The first set did not last as long as I had hoped. I was keeping my air pressure at approx 38psi, this proved to be detrimental to the tires, causing cupping and early wear. I later decided to chrome the front and rear rims, and change the tires. After installing the new wheels and bridgestones, I chose to run the tires at 41psi and went cross country pulling a trailer from Minneapolis to San Antonio Texas in Late July. It was 110 degrees air temp, riding 15-16 hours a day at around 70 - 75 mph. Upon arriving in Texas I inspected the tires and checked air pressures. I spent a week in Texas, then continued on up to Sturgis for the 73rdi annual rally. Again upon arrival checked my tires pressures and condition. I was happy to see 41 psi and noted no visible wear on the tread. I stayed in Sturgis for four days then made the 11 hour trip home. I have to say these tires performed excellent during this 5000 plus mile trip, the catch being to keep your air pressures at the correct levels to avoid premature wear and lower gas mileage |

Perfect Combination of Price, Wear and Performance
Bought the Bridgestones as a set in May of 13. I've ridden them 2 seasons and they are great. Hardly show any wear yet and handling is improved too over the stock Dunlops. I installed and balanced them myself and I haven't noticed any cupping yet either. You might find slightly better tires for wear or handling but not at this price. You can't beat Cycle Giant (Wing Stuff) for value, service or selection!!!! |

Since 2002
Got my wing in 2002. Came with stones. Have tried several other brands of tires. Always came bacl to the stones for best price, reliability, quality and stick combined. Hard tires last longer. Softer tires stick better. Stones always seemed to offer the best life with good traction for the price. Learned early to run them at 41 lbs front and 42 lbs. rear for best ride and life on my wing. |

Bridgestone Tires on Goldwing
This was my first tire change on my 2005 Goldwing. It had the Dunlops on it and I hated them. To be fair they were pretty worn and were super noisy the moment you started to lean into a turn. The bridgestones made the bike handle much better. I will buy these again, unless I find something better. I think these are the best for a Goldwing. |

Bridgestone combo
Purchased this tire combo for the first time in the spring of 2014. They replaced the Dunlop Elite 3's which I have purchased and ran several sets over the years. I am very impressed with the Bridgestone tires. There ride is good as well as the grip and handling; both in wet and dry conditions. I got more mileage out of the front tire(15,000 km) than the back(12,000km). I think that is from riding two up most of the time and not insuring that my tire pressure is up to 41 psi. I ride a 2010 goldwing with an internal tire pressure gauge and rely to much on the gauge so am manually checking with better results as my second set of Bridgestone. They are wearing better so far. May upgrade my rating if my mileage on this second set improves. Mike F. |

Prefer the Dunlops over Bridgestone
We have a 2012 Wing, and have stayed with the Bridgestones until last year. That's when we switched to the Dunlop Elite 3's, We found less wobble, and a much smoother ride with the Dunlops. The Dunlop Tires definitely last longer, however I did notice that my stopping distance has INCREASED with the Dunlops. The Bridgestones did have a better grip, especially in the rain. I especially noticed while pulling our trailer thru the mountains of Tennessee & N. Carolina...That's because they are a softer rubber compared to the E-3's. Overall it comes down to personal preference, and I prefer the Dunlop Elite 3's over the Bridgestones because we do alot of long distance riding pulling a trailer---so for longer wear we chose the Dunlops..Either way---Ride Safe!! |
