I installed and they are very effective and have completely eliminated the rubbing, and chattering noise. Initial installation the lid was a little tight but with time they have worked into a great fit. For those of you unsatisfied send me your extras. I love it... |

I've had these on now for several months. They are now very deformed - and after completing a 5300 mile trip, they did nothing to protect the finish under the trunk lid. On the plus side, since they have gotten so deformed, the trunk opens again with the remote. |

Hi all this is an added comment to these items that I installed. I am not impressed that after a few months 2 of the bumpers have started to curve down and suspect that in a short amount of time they will break right off. Great idea, however need a little more time invested in testing them before they use us as ginney pigs. |

I received these just two days after ordering them, and installed them the same day. I only installed 2 towards the rear of the trunk, so now I have 3 spares in case they mysteriously dissappear! They do act to keep the sides of the trunk from rubbing, and I don't hear the chatter of the trunk lid when driving over small bumps in the road. I hope they break in soon, as the trunk lid is very hard to latch. |

I put these on my '06 back in December of '09 after reviewing and following the instructions VERY carefully. They are just now breaking in to the point that I don't have to tap the trunk to get it to unlatch easily. I have not had any issues with them breaking off or causing any other problems. Love having the trunk lid back up where it belongs and not having to wipe off all that worn away plastic dust or listen to it rattle and squeek. Best buy for under $10.00 ever for my Wing. |

I bought these back in January and it is now May The two closet to the seat have broken off after repeated use of the trunk lid. I would recommend that if you use these, just install the two at the front of the trunk opening and forget about installing the ones closest to the seat. Down graded review to 2 stars - they still seem to be doing their job, but only half are effective. |

Great little things. A little hard to close the lid at first. Mostly because you are afraid to give it a little slam. But stops the paint from rubbing off. Put them on last week. A little touch up paint, and good as new. |

I purchased these a couple months ago and the install was fairly easy but for the extra money there is a better system out there that installs in your trunk. The rubber on this current system tends to get pushed over and not stay straight up. This is with no load on the trunk rack either. Just everyday open and closing of the trunk. I forgot the name of this other trunk system but a vendor attended a Goldwing rally and did the install for about $50.00 and no holes where drilled on top the the trunk exterior to do this. I guess the Baby Buggy system is cheaper but how many times will you have to replace them before they wear out? |

Follow up review. I had to reorder these and replace 2 (had to put something in the 2 holes). I found it easier to install them if as I was pulling on the lower part with a pair of needle nose pliers I tipped the top part and got part of the grove in the upper bumper started in the hole. From there it popped it, I also used KY to lubricate the bumper so it would go in easier (hey KY can have more than one use). |
