| Good product, seem to be well constructed. Hard to install without help. |
| Excellent product for safety. Priced right... HOWEVER, this company does not have a clue how to install their product on a Gold Wing. NOR do they care. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. Their awful directions are useless. I believe you can now find help from the message boards and I do highly recommend installing one. But This Company Needs to get the message to actually WRITE instructions for the Wingers!! Now for the real world lesson. Someone should knock this thing off and put these people out of business. I'm so disappointed we all continue to hand them our $$ and they can't even write a simple one-page set of installation instructions. Bottom Line: buy one, get some friend or on-line help to install and you will be safer. Don't be naive to think - regardless of how handy you are - you can simply get the box and plug and play. It is a half a day translating their diagram and how that might apply to your GW. Geez..... Surely Kisan or Electrical Connection can make one of these AND some instructions for Wingers. |

| I tried strap wrenches, band wrenches and cap wrenches. This wrench is the one that workes best. No slip or crush. Use it to put the filter on or take it off. |
| I had to give this just one star less than perfect because they tend to get hung on something (if they are full) when you are taking them out. But having said that they do a good job of keeping everything together and organized. |

| Easy to install and works well. I am 6' 4" and now I don't get all that wind throwing my head around. Wife thinks she gets a little more wind but not bad. I do wish I bought it tinted though. |
