Pay close attention to the caveat at the end of the product description and the extra pictures--- this battery is quite a bit smaller than stock, and you will need to build up the battery box with foam shims (provided) to make it fit. You will also need to either bend or trim the battery connections because the terminals on the Shorai don't allow room for the normal "bend" in the Goldwing connectors. I just cut mine a little shorter using a Dremel motor tool. The battery has a shipping weight of only 3 pounds, contains no liquid to freeze, and sounds like a real dream. Once I got mine installed, the bike started without a problem and even seemed to have a little extra zip to the starter--even though the battery comes with only a 90% charge on it. I haven't had this long enough to see the long-term effects, but I'm looking forward to all the benefits. I only gave it 4 stars because the terminal posts are flimsy, the nuts are cheap and make it unnecessarily difficult to get the screws started when connecting it to the bike. I hope this is not an indication of the overall quality of construction. Did I mention that the bike did start right up, and it seems to work just fine? And it trims over 10 pounds off the weight of the bike, requires zero maintenance, doesn't discharge when it sits, and won't freeze? (smile) |

I agree with Richard. I dont like these. The template was misleading as to where the front bumpers go. If I drilled where it indicated the plastic was too thick due to the way the courner joint is layered. I installed the back 2 bumpers with ease, and I incorporated Richards fuel tubing across the front - thing of beauty! Thanks for the tip! |
| Good value and they fit properly. |
| Good product with a reasonable fit. Good value for the money. |

This product is of good quality and styling. However, they do not work well with my 30" inseam. I am going to replace mine with the Kuryakyn pegs the mount to the horizontal portion of the engine guard on my GL1800. |

Great product, very comfortable. Once you get over the fear of cutting the saddle of you new GL1800, it was a relatively easy install. Measure carefully and double check your measurements before plunging the knife into the saddle. The wife likes the fact that their are no external braces to interfere with her seating position. |

Very good product and the installation was straight forward. I really enjoy not have to open the armrests before opening the truck like I had to do on my GL1500. The wife says they are very comfortable. |

This bag works, but the velcro straps do not seem to fit well with my Show Chrome luggage rack. Overall quality is marginal, but it does work. |
| Very good product and the installation was pretty straight forward. |

Great product. This is probably the best $10 you will ever spend on your bike. The installation directions call for soapy water when installing. Use a little WD40, and compress air if available when installing this product. |
