Great (Hidden) Addition
| This bolt works as advertised! I have it installed on both my '97 GL1500 as well as '12 GL1800. During my oil changes it provides a great insight to what is going on within my engine and how the oil is performing. When I first installed the bolt and after the first oil change I really got to see some of the shaving that had been circulating internally that was not caught by the filter. Now I can say with confidence that since then I have completed about 4 changes on each bike and no issues. Must buy! |

Soft metal.
| Hello, this is made of very soft metal and can no longer be removed from my bike after one oil change. I bought this about a month ago. Maybe they got a bad batch, but it rounded out quite easily with a socket wrench. Now I have to take it to a shop to have it extracted, somehow. Extremely dissatisfied. |

Glad I used this
| Just getting back into hands on maintenance and installed this earlier this year in place of factory plug. Just did another rear drive oil change, and was able to clean out the small metal shavings off the magnet. A good feeling knowing it's protecting my Goldwing. Just installed a second one for engine oil protection too. |

Need a replacement
| Ordered this a few oil changes ago and think this is a great plug but had the bike in the shop for some clutch work and when I got it back decided to do a oil change and found out they switched mine back to the stock OME so I had to do a replacement |

Extra Protection
| This is easy way to find any potential problems before they become catastrophic. Catching the very fine metallic material may also help extend the life of the engine. I previously had the smaller bolt head and like the stock size much better. |

Peace of mind
| This is an exact fit for my 2015 GL1800. Change your own oil. Do NOT pay the dealer to do this. If you don't think you can, you can. Buy the videos or go to you tube. This little gem just makes you feel better when it is installed. Another review says peace of mind, I agree completely. |

Thanks WingStuff for the very fast shipping!! After changing my final drive fluid I installed the Magnetic bolt. It fit perfectly in my 2005 GL-1800. |
