| Install was easy enough... couldn't get the snap on buttons to make the "clicking" noise they spoke of in the directions - and I pushed them on as hard as I could. |
| Simple install - looking for the first chance to get out and try them! |

I'm giving 5 because for me, it wasn't too hard to install and, the looks and quality of it are about as good as one can get. I had to tweak it just a tad here and there to make it fit but, with the help of the wife, it seamed to be OK. I was installing some fog lights at the same time so, I was having fitment issues with multiple wires, hoses etc. at the same time. But, some minor pushing, tucking and squeezing here and there, it all came together. My only issue at this point, the fog lights are misaligned just a tad so, some tweaking is in order to compensate for that. Nice looking addition to the front of the bike. I might have to get the timing cover now. Scott |
| I JUST PUT THESE ON. THESE ARE CHEAPLY MADE, DIFFIDULT TO UN-PACKAGE, EASILY BROKEN (TABS) AND MINE CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS BUT THEY LOOK GREAT. SOMEONE SAID TO START AT THE BOTTOM AND WORK YOUR WAY UP (REMOVAL). TO THE CONTRARY MY MAINTENANCE MANUAL SAYS TO START AT THE TOP AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN; AGAIN I'M TALKING REMOVAL. I BELIEVE STARTING AT THE BOTTOM FOR REMOVAL AND THE TOP FOR INSTALLATION REALLY MAKES MORE SENSE. WOULD I BUY THEM AGAIN? PERHAPS, BECAUSE THEY DO LOOK GOOD BUT THEY CERTAINLY COULD BE A BETTER PRODUCT. |
| Quick and easy install about 10 minutes per side. They Look great. so far only used them in the closed position and they work great keeping a lot of air off the upper body and hands. Looking forward to warm weather so I can try them in the open position to see how much air they move in to help beat the heat. |
| Installed these this weekend, real easy to install. Looks good, works great. Now I need to get the lower wing set. |
| Installed these this weekend, took about 30 minutes. Looks good, works great. |
| Wow... what a difference these make. Great add-on. They were easy to put on and really add to the chrome look! |

Very nice addition to my motorcycle. The spring fell off as I was putting the new stand on and I didn't notice how it was attached, and as a result I put it back on wrong; I noticed that the kickstand was not deploying as it normally would and that something was not right. I decided to investigate and decided to take the spring back off and turn it around and that did the trick. So... make a note of how the spring is attached and which end is which and you will avoid the mistake I made. Overall - this is a very nice addition to the motorcycle! |

I don't have a problem with any particular model of ride-off center stands, but I installed one last year on my '08 and was fairly happy with it for a while. It did decrease stability because it doesn't lift the bike as high off the ground, but the one thing that made me remove it and put the stock center stand back on was when I decided to change my rear tire to the taller 70-inch option... The ride-off center stand no longer touched the ground with the taller rear tire installed. The taller rear tire improved my mileage and will last about 16% longer just because there is more tire there - and it cost the same price. That is a much greater benefits to having a ride-off center stand. Besides, the stock center stand now works easier with the taller rear tire installed. |
| had these on my wing for about eight months. they really help in the cold weather. they keep cold air away from your hands. |
| Very good to have when you do your own oil changes considering you have to change this everytime you do an oil change |
