This does not fit the F4 +4 Windshield on the 2006 Goldwing. I had to go to the F4 website to order the proper vent. I still Like Wingstuff, thats why they still got 5 Stars. |
Have to agree with Ed, they are a great item and as for them being black only, I had some paint left over from when I built my trailer and they'r now "metalic Phantom Grey" the same as bike (easy as)
I get a lot of comments on my bike about how nice it looks, especially since adding these two years ago. People cannot articulate what sets the bike off from others, but this product really dresses it up without looking gaudy. A great replacement for the dull OEM guards.
As mentioned, it takes about 45 minutes to install. Well worth the time and addition. I have had mine for about 15K and am surprised it has not chipped and dinged more. I recommend the chrome fender extension both to complete the look and help protect this product.
Buy the left side to balance and match. This really show off the cockpit. Easy installation, as with most of the peel and stick chrome.
This really adds class to to cockpit. Buy the other side as well. Just remember the graphics for the controls, because this covers up the explanation of what they are.
I had these put on at wing ding in Tennessee. All I can say is – WOW. They really do make a difference. Buy them; you will not be sorry you did.

Installed this on my 2012 Goldwing. Easy install and it looks and feels wonderful. No idea why they say it doesn't fit on a 2012 because it does !!! |
I have owned this for 3 years. Though I do not use them much, they have been very helpful. Good thick fabric, holds up well.
I bought two a few weeks ago. This gives great visibility on road, looks sharp with a black vest over it and keeps me protected and cool on hot rides. I like the protection and believe I am cooler above 80 degrees than in short sleeves with the protection from the sun. It is also not a cheap thin fabric. Have not yet washed it, but believe the earlier posts it will hold up.

I have 600 miles on mine and they are fine so far. I am concerned about the cupping mentioned as well as the vibration. These come highly recommended from my dealer where I have my bike serviced. I am looking forward to a 3000 mile trip next week to see how they perform. In hail and deep water I have been impressed with their performance.
