| now have almost 11,500 miles on my "Stones". Not down to wear bars yet, no cupping or abnormal wear. Have got probably another 2-3000 miles yet. GREAT TIRES! Will definately replace with another set. |

Just got back from Oklahoma and Arkansas last night. Was 112 degrees when I left. A friend I was visiting. gave me this vest, and it was a Godsend. Yeah, you have to stop every hour or so, but it works. Will never ride in the heat without one again. |
| nice finish & no doubt completes the all chrome look. Easy install, but somewhat concerned about using the anti-seize grease as instructed- will screws loosen over time & use?? tbd. I also believe the quality of the chrome plating should be much higher for the price. I saw several pits in metal, which indicates they did not, or a poor job, use Cu or sand surfaces first to fill/ remove the imperfections, just plating w/ Ni, then Cr. Time & miles will, again, tell the real story. |
| The pegs are nice touch. They fit easily into the Kury peg mounts. The OEM pin, spring & assy also fit. I'm still ambivalent about Kury's quality of chrome, but time will tell. |
| My bike is an 09 with 33k miles. I changed the fork springs and the fork oil(10 wt.) I got the .90 springs to match my weight. It is a great improvement. The front is firmer and yet rides noticeably smoother. I will have to wait to do the rear shock, its more labor and money. I set the springs at 5/8 inch preload and its much better than stock. If you can only do the springs do it its worth it. Jim gwrra 320221 |
| I am impressed with the handling of these tires. I now have 15,000 miles on them. I am almost to the wear mark on the rear and not even close to it on the front. I installed the centramatic balancers at the same time as the tires so do not know if they really help or not. My brother put the same tires on his bike at about the same time. I will see if the balancers made a difference when he is ready to change tires. |
| I am not real mechanical and I was able to install this in under 30 mins. I did wear gloves. Directions were not very good but it is pretty intuitive. Glad I got the louvered one. It has been in the high 90's this week and I have not noticed my temp going up at all. Love the protection that this offers. I also do feel a bit more stable on the freeway when I pass large trucks. Not sure if that is real or just my imagination but it does seem like I am more steady. |
