I certainly had more difficulty than most installing this belly pan… had to remove the cowl and remove the front mounting nut to get enough play in the side covers to install the pan on the four acorn nuts… the reason being that the holes in the belly pan are closed, unlike other belly pans which are open and allow you to slide them on the acorn bolts. It could be I just didn’t know what I was doing, but I’m telling you, there was no play in the side covers until I remove the front mounting connection. So, I give it a 2-star rating for installation but a 5-star rating for the overall product.
