| They are not a hard install once you have the directions and they do work great. Mine came with the directions for an install on a 1500 (I have an 1800). When I called the company they were very polite and said they would email me the correct instructions. They emailed me very quickly THE WRONG ONES! I called them back and said that I did not get some of the parts on the instruction sheet. They then started to argue with me. Another person gets on the phone and asks what parts am I talking about and I tell her. She says those parts are no longer being supplied why am I asking for them and I tell her I am looking at the instruction sheet just emailed to me minutes ago. That was when she realized that another mistake had been made. Within the hour I had the correct installation sheet and was able to easily perform the install. Giving 4 stars not because of a problem with the product but because of poor office quality control. |

| Really easy install and I am no mechanic. I got the 20 oz. I saw the large one and it just seemed like it would take up too much space on my dash. I used it for the first time yesterday going to work. I did not have to grab the cup out of the holder as when installed it is high enough for me to lean over and take a sip from the straw. My kid saw it and instantly said "wow, it matches your bike". |
| Looks great when new. I keep my bike in a garage, and I wash it often. After 3 years and 4,000 miles, its not shiny any more. The chrome paint has faded and some of it has chipped off in a short time. Just a warning. Dont count on this looking very good over time. |
| Already had something on my Goldwing fender so I put this on my son's VTX1300R. It fit perfect & looks awesome. |
| I read all the reviews and believed the comments about good sound, etc. However, the sound quality is not even close to what I would call good (at least for music). There is no low end and the highs are tinny, especially at volume. I called J&M for tips on how to improve it. They said move them closer (obvious fix) but that did not help much. Compared to an older J&M elite set these are poor quality. Of course, once I have opened the package and installed it Wingstuff says I can't return it... So I am stuck with it. Disappointed with the "Staff pick" and disappointed with Wingstuff on this one as they usualy provide great service. I understand that they can't take 100s of these back but when its a "Staff pick" I guess I expect more. Save your money and get the Elite headsets. |
| I got the standard version. Installation was not hard. I like having the bars farther back, higher, and closer in. My complaint is that bringing the bars closer together changes the grip angle which I do not like. I was going to try the Kury risers, but I read that they change the angle of the grip too. Still, even with the changed grip angle, they are more comfortable. Low speed turns are much easier. BTW, I'm 5'07", 155lbs, with about a 32" reach. |
| Bought a set 1 year ago the cord to the right ear snapped within 8 months. I tried to fix them myself but no go. I bought a second replacement set before mt trip across Canada... less than 3 weeks the same thing happened. I dont know if their made to do this or the're just crap. I'm looking for a better sturdier set. |

great product works great towed my little trailor for 3K already. installing is not simple and takes a few hours. be mindful of the wire connectors you will have to re-route them. |

| Recently purchased the cup holder from "barefootwilies.com" as I wasn't aware they were carried here. The price here is a bit better as I paid $22.95 for mine. I could have used 3 hands to install it though. I'm pleased with the quality of the product, so far so good. |
| We just got back from a 2000 mile ride. Nearly 300 miles of that was in rain. In heavy rain with winds the bottom of the bag soaked through. The rain cover doesn't do much good in heavy rain. but in light rain it seemed to do the job. The size of the bag is perfect and it sticks to the rack like it's glued on. I am looking into using a water proofing spray on the bag to insure a little better protection from the elements. All in all, I am still very pleased with the bag. |
