Well, can't see how taking out oil filter without it. 1 minute the filter and plug out. Very essential tool |
| I but the shirt to have the Goldwing label, well maybe not the best t-shirt but they are nice and look good, labels are nice I like it and proud to waer it cause I like the bike |
| It is not the best, but for just an add on and having Goldwing label it does the job, they look nice so its ok. |
| After long rides, still like it. Its very nice to have carpets like this, it fits good and any thing you put on is safe. |
| Send my first set of floor boards back as I could not get the plastic off of the covers. Guess what the replacements of got all but a 1/2 in area off. The last of it I scratched so now I am stuck you junk. I will not buy these again. I would not recommend these to anybody. |
| The installation for the most parts are easy exept at the to joint both sides, need to use tools to close them. There are nice, and feels better for long ride. Takes longer to heat up but there are not that bad. |
| I purchased these for my 2008 Goldwing and had them installed at a local dealer in NJ. The idiot put the red lock tight on the bolts. Word to the wise, never put red lock tight on aluminum parts. The arm on the shifter would stay slightly engaged, causing the shift rod to burn, thus causing the gears to burn out. When riding, the bike would fall out of gear and make the loudest, most horrible sound you'd ever want to hear. Honda will not honor the warranty with the boards on and it cost over $4500 to replace the system. Lucky for me I had my boards taken off. I will never use those boards ever again, to much of a headache, although they made the ride comfortable, but to fix this problem took too much time and who want to be without their Wing for 2 months. |

I give these 3 star for 2 reasons. 1. the instructions suck. How about some pictures or online instructions that are easily followed. 2nd reason. These are NOT a simple install. It is easier to change out your air filter than these. ( I happen to have been doing both at the same time) The front end has to be removed to get to the mounting screws. I tried to flex it open enough to get to them. No luck. Once on , they look great. Since I took it all apart I changed out to PIAA H7 bulbs.. WOW!! |
| My used bike had no manuals. Now I finally feel confident to tear the bike apart :) |

Works just fine . The fit is a bit wide on my bike. 08. The rear tire cover has a slight more seem showing. Not bad, but I seek perfection, so I noticed it. Not enough to make me remove it though lol |
| I noticed a bit more control than without.especially during high speed turns on ramps and bumps. Good purchase :) |

Texas heat is tamed with these. I use the bottom closed to keep heat off me. I use the upper half open to give me & co pilot a breeze. Makes a huge difference. I close all during rain & stay a bit dryer as well :) |
