Don
I installed these onto the Hondaline covers before I put them on. The fit is good. I recruited the help of another to help spread them as I positioned them around the cover. The glue IS very sticky. I put three evenly spaced c-clamps on them to help hold them while the tape set up. They look great and put out a goodly amount of light.

I like the thickness better than stock. The only downside is its harder to adjust up and down. I keep mine down so this really doesn't bother me. I have a silver 05 and I got the black at the bottom, looks really nice. Was easy to put on. So far it hasn't scratched.

The lights add to your visibility and look good at night. Not too difficult to install. Installed both lights in about an hour. I used a metal coat hanger to feed the wire through the faring. Like most posts I would have liked for the lights to be a little brighter. They look great at night but you can hardly see them in daylight. Do not forget to order the adapters with the lights for the 2006 to 2010 models. I did forget and had to wait until I received them before I could install the lights. I am giving the lights four stars instead of five because of the brightness. Still like the way they look on the bike.

Triple Chrome Plated Adjustable Flip Up Armrests for GL1800
ITEM CODE: RIGL18094,   SKU: RIGL18094

03.16.2015
Hello all, a quick update, we have had these armrests on the bike for two years and like the other reviewers our set of armrests have the chrome separating . Very frustrating for an accessory we both love for various reasons, I am disappointed that RIVCO would charge such a high price for these yet go cheap on materials.

RIVCO please pay attention...I will not purchase any of your products in the future period! You are now on my extinct list and as Mr. Wonderful would say "You're Dead to me"!

The fender extension looks good on the Goldwing fender. The only problem I ran into was in the parking lot at the Yukon River Camp. The fender extension caught the stuff the parking lot was covered with (clay or something like it), packing up the front fender and locking up the front wheel. So if you plan on riding your Goldwing up the Dalton when it is wet, take the fender extension off first. It is 120 miles from the Yukon River Camp to the next gas which is in Coldfoot. It wasn't the road, just that parking lot.

The double stick tape doesn't work worth a damn. I have had mine one month, and one of them just blew off today. I had to order a second set... will be gluing them on to the stock black piece with JB Weld or epoxy this time. Using double stick tape on a place where it is getting hammered by the wind is just not going to work.

Headlight End Trim

One of them blew right off the bike, I have only had them on for about a month. That double stick tape is worthless. Better off using JB Weld and gluing them on to the stock black pieces. They look good but they don't hold worth a damn

I received this for free and have been been wearing it in middle Ga during the summer. Humidity being what it is this has worked nicely to absorb the moisture off my head, so for that it earns 4 stars, however after a couple of stops it stretches out and unfortunately so much so it will slip down and cover a portion of my vision and for that I give it one star. If you can tolerate the constant adjustment then it is a 4 star product you just have to keep sliding it backward. I found this annoying.

Overall I give it 4 stars.

This is an excellent well manufactured product that installs fairly easily. There was a little bending and shaping to get it over the bolts that hold down the faring, and you need to watch out for those faring retention bolts as they will move (they are supported by a fairly flimsy meta tab) if you bang on them trying to get this into position. The two big things when installing this are 1.) It comes covered in white plastic, remove the plastic before starting (as stated in directions) and most of all 2.) WEAR GLOVES!! I cut my hands several time without even knowing it, the edges of this thing are razor sharp. All in all great product; fun easy project. Took about 30 min to install. Provides excellent protection for the undercarriage while venting heat. 5 stars.

Didn't get these from wingstuff---HOWEVER---I contacted AL at Add On ABOUT FIT. the Passenger intercom cord has to be relocated and he told me that bracket would cover "holes" where it went-IT DOES NOT !!! it leaves very plainly the bottom hole in site !!!! They also DO NOT fold inward either

Got these yesterday and they fit well. Should keep things from sliding and banging around.

My only complaint is the backing. It is made up of a plastic/rubber material covered with cone-shaped spikes. In a car mat, those spikes grip your carpeting. In the hard trunk and saddlebag bottoms, they slip.

Black Anodized Sidestand Pad
ITEM CODE: RIGL18013,   SKU: RIGL18013

I had one of these on my other, much lighter bike. I park on lots of soft or unknown surfaces, so this is a must have. After checking the fit (perfect), I added a little RTV to the pad (not in the instructions), slid it into place and then tightened down the set screw. The RTV is probably overkill, but it can't hurt.

Very solid and clears everything when the stand is up.
