Fine product, installation not quite as easy as claimed
| Also posted a similar review of this product on the goldstrike site. '21 GW Tour DCT, installed pretty much as the instructions and installation video directed, with a couple of caveats: 1. The finger-accessible plastic tabs holding the stock left and right tail light connectors in place are NOT finger-accessible on this model GW. They're small and barely reachable with a screwdriver, after trying to get them loose for 30 minutes I gave up and disconnected the connectors in-place. Made the install a little more difficult, but not much. 2. The video says to tuck the stock connectors into the space toward the back of the bike; on this particular model there are several cables zip-tied together blocking access. I had to clip the zip-ties and do some cable rearranging before I could poke the stock connector back there. Overall I'm satisfied with the product, everything clipped together easy-peasy it works fine; I deducted one star because the installation wasn't a cakewalk like the video suggested. |

Tail Light Flash - Recommended Safety Addition
| On my last three bikes, I have had some sort of brake flashing device to hopefully get the attention of the drivers behind me. I decided to add this flash module to my wing and I am very glad I did. The install was super easy and the app gives you some pretty cool options of how you’d like to display the lighting. To me this is a required safety edition and I highly recommend it. |

Glad I did it !!!
| I installed this Tail Light Flash module in my 2024 Bagger. I installed it at the same time I installed my power distribution block and it took me a couple of tried but I got the result I wanted. If you are installing this alone then it's easy peasy. However, if you are using a wiring harness or in my case a PDB be aware of what you want to achieve. If you install this first then your PDB it will make everything that's plugged into the PDB work off of the flash module(this is what I wanted). If you plug your PDB in first and then the flat module then it will only make your tail lights flash. Ask me how I know. LOL. Either way Glad I did it ! |

| easy install. the light strike app could be a bit clearer on the functions. you just have to play with it. when i get the trunk lights, i will hook them to the isolation power hub which should be upstream of this flasher |

| I purchased the lightstrike brake module for my 2018 DCT I pull a Bushtec trailer which is wired through the show chrome trailer module I also have other Goldstrike products. I placed the module upstream from all my rear light including the other Goldstrike products and I must say that it was easy to program and it worked perfect. I just returned home from a 1900 miles ride with no problems. |
