To all. I know it's just my opinion but these tires will do the job for you on the GL-1800! I ride all year round, every day, rain or shine, to and from work in the Atlanta area. No wobble! And they last up to 12k miles (rear) 20K miles plus (front) with hard (90-Mph cruising speed) riding up and down I-85 and I-285 in the rain, heat of summer and the cold. The front tire is real good in the rain. The rear tire will begin to growl a bit in the twilight stage of its life. I'm on my 2nd rear/1st front and will replace them with another Stone again. Good Tire and not much $$$ Van |

The very first Stones were a G707 & G704. As noted they had some cupping issues like all the others I might add, but shortly after Bridgestone did a redesign on the front which is now their G709. I have to say I see the results of all the tires out there on a daily basis, and I can say in all honesty that the 709 is by far and away the best front tire currently on the market for the Wing. The rear is okay but not necessarily deserving of any special mention, but like I said the 709 is the bomb. And just so you know I'm not a brand loyalist what so ever as I will jump ship the first time something better shows up, but for now it's Bridgestones. |

These tires seemed to wear okay, but when they did get to about 14000 miles they began to cup quite a bit. Up until that point I really liked the tire. They made the bike feel lighter to me. |
