I ordered this the same time I ordered the spoiler and installed them at the same time. I really like that there is indication up high on the trunk where it can be seen better! |

I don't know the difference between this product and the A0451842 which is cheaper. I bought and installed the cheaper one and love it. |

Perfect accessory for that GL1800 spoiler. I added this before I installed the spoiler which made it simple. The product comes safely shipped in a clear plastic tube and the Plug N Play wiring is easy as 1-2-3. Highly recommend this and being a novice installer, it is a confidence builder! Install time, 30 mins! |

Coasty was right on. You need to connect the white'black wires not the red but to the white/red connector in the rear. Must remove the rear cover where lic. plate is and the connectors are at upper part in a black boot. Must snake wire through opening on left side to under seat area. Start at this end first. Gave it a 4 for poor instructions. |

This really makes your rear end noticeable. I had no problem with the installation and they worked just as advertized. |

Ok here we go. Install was pretty easy.I like the way it lights up the back end of the bike.Very Bright at night.Looks good in daylight too.The only issues I am having is when I put my turn signals on the red led's flicker at the same time as the signals do. And the tips kept coming off the wires. So it only gets 4 stars. Will try and reach the manufacturer and find out why I have the issue with the red led's flickering with the turn signals. But overall the product is good and you can never have to many lights. |

Installed this product along with a new spoiler on my 06' wing. I along with others found the wiring incorrect in the trunk. The white plug is the correct plug to use even though the instructions indicated use the red. (Red was hot all the time.) The remainder of the connections were as per the instructions. Just a note for those not aware where the other connections are...you have to remove the section of rear fender between the saddlebags to access the connections. To me the instructions were not real clear on this part. Other than that issue it was a pretty easy install. I really like the looks and function. Worth the extra work. |

I have to write this retraction. My earlier commit was wrong. I double checked the connections and noticed the running light connection was not connected correctly. This product is a five star, worth every pennie. |

Installed this product over a month ago, in my 07 wing, with no problem. Everything worked great until one morning I started my wing and noticed the spoiler lights were not working, the lights did not come on. I mean nothing was on. All the lights on the wing worked okay, but the spoiler's running, turn signal, and brake lights did not work. I tapped the spoiler a couple of time and the lights started working. I know I connected everything correctly and the lights worked fine for a month and I ride my wing everyday. Have anyone else experience this same problem? Is there a shortage? Is there a defect in this product? |

This is an excellent light and a MUST HAVE for SAFETY, in my opinion. Friends that ride with me are all wanting one since they've seen mine. The video just does not do the light justice. It's not all that hard to install and I did NOT remove the seats as the instrucions said! I just used a small piece of insulated wire and fished the harness UP from the rear of the bike to the LEFT side of the trunk. From there, it's simply plug and play. One problem I had was the instructions say to plug the braker harness into the Red plug (with red/green wire) in the trunk lid and this was hot all the time on my wing and would not work. The correct plug was white and was the brake function for the light. This plug was right beside the red one in the trunk lid. |
