Great so far
| I bought this as a replacement for a previous chrome fender extender that was too tight and rubbed the front tire. The installation was complicated because of the holes for the previous extension, but despite that was able to get this installed within an hour (already had the fender off due to replacing fork seals. Great product, fit up well. |

fender extender w/mud flap
| Great item ! Keeps road grim off lower cowl ! Installed on my 2010 and 2012 wings ! Only caution is be careful approaching speed bumps ! Will tear rubber section off and crack rear section fender ! Only happened once, my bad ! |

Too much stress
| Really like the look,but Honda is rite. The extension is to much for the fender to sustain over really rough roads. The rear section of my fender broke 3000 miles from home in Manhattan.Had to remove the extension and duct tape to get back to Seattle. |

No More Crap.

Good news
| I have the air bag so some choices can't be made. I think this is a good one. I like the rubber piece. In case of jarring it has some flexibility rather than stressing or breaking the fender. It also blends in with the tire as a look. Does a great job of keeping road mess off the chrome couling too. This is something I'd do again. |

Fender Extender w/rubber
| I like it , But First one , rubber separated after about 10.000 mi , Noticed 4 of the six screws holding rubber to Plastic were missing and metal bracket under screws starting to rust , bought a new one ,super glued tips of screws and seal coated seam , Lock those screws in !!! before install |

Broken fender
| Lasted one year. Heard metal sound. Found metal plate between rubber and fender rolled between tire and fender. Plate broke in half still attached to fender on ends of plate Plate was rusty and most of nibs from rubber were pulled away. Not sure where very small screws holding it on went. Mounting holes of lower fender are snapped off on one side. |

Broken fender
| while I was cleaning the bike phone that the front fender and right hand caliper cover were both broken right now after receiving a replacement parts we move the old Fender after having it off till the way to increase on the fender I will not be putting this back on as I also have lost the rubber extensionI went to a local RV dealer and got hold of a rubber strip that's used on a slide out fashioned it and installed on my fender so I only have an all rubber extension with no metal to weigh it down jerry Kuryakyn you missed it on this one |

New parts ordered -reevaluated
| I have received my new fender covers. These are chrome plated and much more rigid than the original painted covers. If your covers are chromed, your fender may not flex enough to break. Mine were painted and broke after 26000 miles. |
