| Noticed right away the difference this oil made. The noise, shifting, etc... was smoother. Engine runs even smoother. I had been using Honda oil. Will not use anything else and will get it here. | This is my 2nd review on this item. The 1st was on on 6-18-08. This comes w/o the shade at the bottom like the original w/s and this is where I give this product a failing grade. I followed the instructions as per the sheet sent and had no problems installing the w/s. After riding approximately 850 miles plus being exposed the the hot summer heat and sun, the black strips glue got soft and has moved down below the area in which it was supposed to stay. I now have to remove the w/s and paint the inside bottom of the w/s black to cover this area. At least the black will be permanent and will hide this mess. Wingstuff management needs to call F4 about this problem and request that a bottom shade like the original w/s be put on all the 1800 Goldwing w/s. |
| Adds a great look to the bike. Very sturdy. We've had a lot of compliments about it. Be sure and get the risers. Makes cleaning and waxing under the rack a breeze. |
| Great product! Easy to install once I got my "Operator Head Space" resolved. Because I use the cooler rack (item #RIGL18010) quite often, I recommend getting the exhaust turndown extensions (item #KU7606). The extensions help keep the heat off what you are carrying. |
| Great product and a necessity if you have a hitch and a cooler rack (item #0678034). Keeps the exhaust heat off of what you might be towing. Extremely easy to install. |
| Great product! Truly a "plug and play" solution. I own a GL1800 '08 model. The only thing is, when i used the Honda screws from the old moldings, the new moldings werent machined exactly the same. They worked without a problem though. Self installation was a snap and saved me $85 Install fee from Honda. Would buy again if needed. |
