| I purchased the speaker attachment kit for the 2018 GL1800 non-tour model. On arrival, I opened the package and verified the core parts were all there in their wrappings. The installation guide that comes with it is excellent and following it was simple enough. The right side is the only side covered, but you basically do the same thing on the left side. This package was delivered from Honda USA according to the shipping label, so I have no issue with the distributor/supplier at all. What I didn't expect was at the very end of the installation when you inset the grilles and use the clasp nuts that Honda packaged and sent two left side grilles. Yes, I should have unbagged them and physically looked at them prior to starting installation, but I've never once had an incorrect kit sent from Honda before...I've been attempting to get either Honda or the folks that handled the order (which is NOT Wingstuff) to make it right by getting a RH grille and sending this second LH grille back, but going on 2 weeks now I've not received any feedback from emails sent, and phone calls result in "we're trying to get a hold of the right support person". That being said, I'm giving the review a 3 star, only because the kit was 85% correct, with very good instructions, and what I consider poor customer experience in resolving a problem. |

| I’ve been using Sena for years. Always happy. The 50S hasn’t met my expectations and I will be returning mine. When I called Sena with a problem setting up the units they tell me not to do a firmware update. Why have a WiFi charge cord if they say don’t update? I had to change my network name just to setup the WiFi cords. On first ride my buddy said the CB was very loud and muffled. I had to switch back to my 20S EVO for the rest of the ride. I ended up updating the firmware on the headsets and the software on the bike. CB was clear but I had a squeal with transmit and receive. Very annoying. I don’t use the mesh. I just wanted the latest and greatest. The 20S EVO will be fine for a couple more years. |

| I purchased the Ergo II for my 2016 Goldwing. They were easy to install 20 min. They feel great. I would recomend them to anyone. |
