| WingStuff delivered the audio cable on time. Great shopping experience. I have not installed the audio cable. I am waiting until I have other installations that require removal of the shelter to install. This, and some other options should have been installed at the factory. |
| So, I bought this to replace a Soundgate device that was hooked up to an old iPod. The Soundgate never worked right, and it always crashed after a few hours use and had to be reset. A real pain. This J&M seems to work very well, and I have had no problems with crashes. Sound is good, too, although I don't seem to be able to adjust the source volume level, only at the level of the handlebar switch. Also, for some reason the songs from my usb drive don't come up on the GoldWing screen as 1, 2, 3, but as 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. I am not sure what this means if you put as many songs in a folder as they recommend (95). But I'm guessing the player won't know how to handle the larger numbers. I"m not yet sure how big a deal this is, but it leaves me less than fully satisfied. Also, the included manual gives no instructions as to how to format your usb stick: FAT32, FAT, etc. I'm hoping maybe a firmware update or something might fix the song numbering issue, but I have had no luck finding that on their website. |
| I have a 2020 Goldwing DCT this cover fits like a glove. Easy to install and I domt know about some of you but I found it hard at times to place an item back into its original packaging or case. However once I removed the cover from my bike I folded it a few times and I was able to fit it BACK into the pouch for storage. I would recommend this cover. |
| Replaced original tires with the same one and work good! Has good grip and last long. Would stick these tires with the great price! |

| Clean your wheels, I used a combo of Dawn and warm water. Rinsed well, dried, cleaned with rubbing alcohol. The stripes come with a backing that is removed during the install and they also have a clear film on top. This film gets removed last. On the clear film you will see some while lines and both ends. Use these lines to get the proper spacing between each section. Set comes with enough stripes to do both front and rear on both sides. |

| Looked hard and compared to Goldstrike The deciding factor for me was that these install identical to the OEM covers. There is a two part plastic puch pin that is eaisly removed from the OEM covers using a flat head screwdriver. You must remove both the inner and outer push connector. If you ever need to remove the exhause covers you will need access to the space behind these covers. These come with the same rubber grommet as the OEM. There is a small channel that needs to be slid into place on the exhaust shields. Very easy to do, just start with lining up the channel with the exhaust shield, with the cover slightly tilted up, than lower the cover into place, then reinstall the two piece retaining connector. |
