A Great Helmet
I needed a new helmet for quite awhile and I decided to go with the Nolan N40-5. Naturally not all helmets fit all heads the same. This is only one of two helmets I’ve ever found that fit me comfortably and of course at first it will be a bit snug but that’s as it should be. It’s beginning to feel a little better after a couple of weeks. The liners are easy to remove and clean. It also has the inner sun shield which has a light blue tint, which I really like because it’s a lot easier to see things clearly when using it. Some helmets use a darker sun shield and it’s harder to see through those depending on the lighting conditions outside. I like the lighter sunshield because sometimes on brighter days I use it in combination with my regular sunglasses. It is easy to lower and raise the sunshield via a small lever mounted on the left side of the helmet at the pivot point of the visor. It has a nice wide visor that does a great job of blocking the sun. It comes with a face shield that can be used in combination with the visor. The shield slides up easily between the visor and the helmet. You can remove the shield completely and just have the visor on there and there are a couple of pieces included to cover the space left by the visor when you aren’t using it.It also has a great air vent system. Even with my windshield all the way up, I can feel airflow coming into the helmet which will definitely help on hotter days. There is an option for an LED brake light that can be installed at the back of the helmet. I plan on purchasing that option later on and will update my review after I have installed and used it.All in all, I am very satisfied with this helmet. |
Comfort Grip Covers

Comfortable
I ordered these because the ones I already had on the motorcycles were kind of worn out. These are definitely comfortable and enable you to keep the stock heated grips! |

A definite necessity!
These make a night and day difference in keeping the wind off of the back of your hands. The electric grips are great for the palm of your hands but do nothing for the back of the hands. they are easy to install and you can adjust the air flow to your liking. They even keep excess air off your chest area. I will also keep your gloves dry and rainy weather! |

Great Accessory
I finally got around to installing this unit in my motorcycle. It was easy to install and definitely works great. Also, as usual, the customer service at Wingstuff is awesome! |

Good Cover
This is a pretty good cover and the price is definitely good. It uses up far less space than the more expensive covers and will do an adequate job of protecting the bike for the most part. |

Marginally Effective
These are pretty easy to install and do a fair job of keeping the wind off the rider. Quite a bit of wind still gets through but it’s definitely better than nothing at all. |
Dunlop Elite 4 Tires for GL1500

Great Tires
My last review was for the Elite 4 rear tire. This review is for the front tire. Like the rear tire, I got very good mileage, 32,000, out of my first front tire. On my very first set I rode very conservatively, which took a lot of willpower, trust me! 😂🤪These tires are very good in both dry and wet weather. |

Dunlop Elite 4 Rear tire for the GL1500
I replaced my Elite 3 tire on 5/19/16, with the new E4. I had gotten a little over 18,000 miles out of the E3. On 12/22/16, I replaced the E4 tire once again having gotten 23,281 miles out of it. It is notable to keep in mind that I was pulling my Quick camp trailer at least 65% of those miles! The traction on both are dry and wet pavement was fantastic! Dunlop has definitely made a significant improvement in both mileage and traction. I have not yet run the E4 for the front. I will be doing that shortly as the E3 I have on there now has over 31,000 miles on it! I will definitely be posting a review on that tire as well! |
