| Product quality & performance are outstanding. Instructions a little weak, but one can sort out. There is a bag of little parts and in it are 4 VERY VERY small roll pins. 2 hit the bench and rolled onto the floor. I found 1 but had to go to hardware store for the 2nd. |

| The service from Bud was spot on. The unit arrived quickly, and it was in nice packaging.The install on a 2006 GL1800 was a bit more difficult than on my buddies 2012. But once we found the plugs, it was very straight forward. Plug and play it work perfectly. |

| I bought a second cup because someone stole mine while I was parked at a hotel in Vegas. Works very well with ice water which I fill every morning when we travel especially across the Southwestern deserts. Refilled at gas stops. Keeps me from getting dehydrated. |
