This is a nice and easy addition for the bike. And as a bonus, I paid for them with my Wing Reward Points!
As other reviews have suggested these were quite challenging to install. However, the effort was worth it as they look fantastic on the bike. They were a little larger in diameter then I was expecting but overall I really like them.
These mats fit perfectly. The material is thick and substantive, and it really dresses up the compartments. Also keeps items from sliding around constantly. Very nice addition to my 2021 DCT Tour
I installed these on my 2018 dct with no problems, the reason I gave 4 stars is because of the gap between the light and the cover. I think they should have added a hose or foam to fill the gap. I think they do a very good job on lighting up dark road at night and the added visibility during the daylight is a plus
I ordered this for my 2018 dct but I think it should come with the o-rings instead of having to order it separately since you need to change it each time you change the filter or at least have just in case it was needed.
I think Sena has done well with the 50s but even with the new update speakers it still falls short of the sound quality compared to Cardo even the cheap Freecom 2 has better speakers. On my 2018 Goldwing I have to raise the volume level to 14 to 16 while riding at highway speeds and I use a modular helmet. I ha d a Freecom 2 had a delay in CB reception and when using the intercom with my wife on the back of the bike it would work great but it would not connect back to the bike unless i turned it off and back on. I reached out to Cardo and was told that I would have to upgrade to the packtalk which I did and found that it had the same delay, So I purchased the 50s to get rid of the delay but lost on sound quality. Also when I use my cell phone with my phone connected to the blutooth on my bike I have been told several times by the people I call that the Cardo sounds better I will still give it 4 stars because it works good but not great. Also the blutooth stays connected even if you walk away (I have walked inside a building across a parking lot it stayed connected),
I bought these Tie Down Brackets and installed them on my Goldwing DCT because if I ever would be stranded and needed someone to haul my bike to a dealer, I wouldn't have to worry about how they would tie it down so it wouldn't fall over. These brackets fit perfectly on the bike and I didn't have to make any changes to the plastic covers. I have an air lift for the bike and used these brackets to steady the bike and they worked great. I would recommend these Tie Down Brackets because of their fit and heavy duty construction.
I used these pliers when I was installing the passenger grab rails. There was a small push pin that was difficult to remove. I could push the pin down but couldn't get it to come out of the hole. I used these pliers to pull the pin out. The pliers are very durable and easy to work with, because of the spring on the pliers. The handles have a texture built on them so they don't slip on your hands. They work well to pull up the push pins.
I added these grab rails because the stock ones didn't have much to hang on to or strap on a luggage bag. They were very easy to install including the lockable helmet piece. I thought it might be hard to install the lock but it was very easy to do. The grab rails look good on the bike now and I will use them for luggage on the passenger seat. I can now put the bike on the center stand easier with these grab rails.
These saddlebags liners fit very well. The Honda saddlebag liners were terrible with wasted space. Couldn't be happier to have these in the saddlebags. The liners were well made and will be durable for a long time to come.
This product was easy to install. I took my time and looked at all the bolts and where they were placed on the bike with the instructions. I mounted them in about 2 hours including the removal of the plastic covers and it took me about 45 minutes to adjust the foot pegs to my liking. I like the foot rests because they felt good with my boots and didn't have any issues with the boots moving off of the foot rests while riding. The instructions (fig. 7) pointed out to not install the arm at any angle less than parallel to the ground because it will scrape in corners. I thought that was very important to point this out.
I purchased the Utopia Driver Backrest because of the width and length . It didn't take long to install the bracket and the backrest. The instructions were very good and easy to follow. I would buy this backrest again if I purchase another Goldwing.
