Was easy to install and finish was decent. Happy with the purchase.
Recently installed these when they were on sale over the 4th of July weekend on my 2012 GW… major improvement in overall comfort and handling… I’m very particular when it comes to mechanical projects so I really took my time with the installation… these are NOT for the mechanically inept if u want it done correctly… I do have a minor complaint about the installation instructions… it’s not a matter of just reading them it’s most important that u take ur time n study them because I did find some errors… the pictures associated with the instructions could b of better quality n orientation… a professional video would have solved a lot of back n forth between the instructions… a must have in ur tool box is a quality torque wrench… a torque value table in the instructions would have helped also… yes these are pricey but worth the expense for a precision quality made product that I put off for years for the sake of cheaper risers that just didn’t solve my level of comfort… overall a very satisfied customer… highly recommended!!!
These are the best. I have used them on several Goldwing and Indian motorcycles with very good results. They are better than the stock valves
Picked up a nail in my rear tire on a Monday. Ordered a new tire on Tuesday, and it arrived Thursday at 1:00. Had it mounted on my spare rim and on the bike by 4:00.
I had Bridgestones on the bike when I bought it. They were in great shape and had about 12,000 mi. On them. I decided to replace since I am a freak about fresh rubber on my bike. These feel great and smooth running. People ask me why not Darkside and my reply is I want to stay on the upside.
Removed forks and Disassembled ,went to install and found top of spring was installed with main spring. Called Progressive to find out the trick to disassemble units and was told they aren’t serviceable, and fastest way to get replacement was to call Wingstuff. Called them and they said they would get another set in the mail that day. I asked them to check the ones they had in stock, they called back and said both sets were made the same way. Wingstuff tried very hard to help but they couldn’t send what wasn’t available. Back to Progressive, they didn’t have any in there warehouse but would in a few days. and will ship asap, they are also trying very hard to help hopefully they are assembled the right way. Even more l hope they work as well as advertised if l ever get a good set!
Looks like everything but Teflon rings for anti dive part of left fork.It indicated complete seal and bushing kit. Called wingstuff and was told they’re not included, doesn’t appear to be a complete kit after all!
It really glows high and gives the bike great look and more safely on the road
Looks great on the bike and easy to fix it
The rack fits perfect. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. All the hardware is well made, not cheap stuff. Can't wait for my next trip.
While I haven't actually travelled with it just yet, I had to load it up and give it a test run. Very well made, many great, convenient, well thought out pockets. Main compartment is expandable, Going to come in very handy.
Good product, but pricey. Came as advertised with full mounting hardware.
