Easy to install, looks and lasts well. Needed for CB, others are cheaper, but quality is here. Remember, it is not a flag staff, and it folds forward to fit under the bike cover. |
SUPER attention getter. Should be required. Also add the stop-tail light wiring harness. Will NOT fit if you have a HONDALINE trunk rack, but will with other brands. 54 holes to drill in trunk lid, but easy to put on. |
this look great on my black '06 was easy to install took no time at all. |
Just installed mine today and did not have time to use it, so I will coment on instalation. Definitely not for everyone, this instalation involves taking a lot of body parts off the bike. CB mounts in the trunk and plugs in on the right side under the gas tank cover near the audio contols, and you have three noise filters to connect through out the bike. You must remove, seat, trunk, side panels, glove boxes, desh panel, and gas tank cover which houses all the audio controls. TIP,if you have an angle drill you don't have to remove the trunk, just protect the wires on the other side with something like a putty knife. |
Nice way to brithen up your front end, they are very brite and a bit on the red side, wish they matched the color of the runnig/turn signal lights(amber) better, eazy install. |
Great item, very bright seen from the back and side of bike, barely vesible to driver, eazy on your eyes,Love it. |
On an 06 this adapter will not work if you are installing "LED Mirror" only, you also need the Y connecter that comes with the "Front Reflector conversion Kit", good thing I had ordered both items. |
Wondering why I took so long to take this plunge! I love it! Highly adjustable for maximum comfort and position preference. This, combined with the riding pegs I installed, along with the WING's cruise control..., I'm "almost" in the back seat riding in style! I look forward to longer trips now! |
Priced right. Very handy. Very good for full face helmets. Stocking Stuffer? |
I like it. Looks very good. I do want to decrease some of the bug splat. However, if you have Air Wings or other air control hooked to the side rails, you will have to dis-assemble those, modify the side flaps to fit. That did not take long, but had to drill the side flaps because they come into the bike right at the upper screw of the Air Wing. Also, without Air Wings there, I'm not sure the normal plastic tabs on the side rails would be strong enought to hold this essential side flap. Should be re-designed a bit. Overall I like it |
Big difference in the distances drivers give me to the rear now! There is no mistaking your intentions (braking) when these lights illuminate and flash! Have received very positive comments from other bikes behind me as well! You can't buy this much attention with so little money anywhere else. Confidence with electrical wiring would be a plus before installing yourself. |
Functional, stylish, and easy to install. Does a good job keeping debrie and rain spray down. I like mine! |
