These are great ONLY if you order these with the rack. Adding after new holes needed. They should have made the rack this high to start. |
| This is not a quality product, I wish I'd passed on them. If you really want to install these grips, throw away the adhesive supplied and find something better at the hardware store. As far as working once you get them on, they are just OK. I was able to align them properly and they feel fairly good, if you have large hands. But I have a feeling I'll be taking them off eventually, because the poor fit of the mating surfaces will cause them to work loose. |
| Put these on 10/06. My wife loves the comfort of the folding pegs. Wouldn't leave home without them. However, the chrome is starting to look like it has the pox. Unlike Kuryakyn. I expected the plating to last more than 6 months. |
| Even if you're not a chrome freak, these vents accentuate an area of the bike that needs it. Easy install. |
| "Beefy" item, easy to install and provides for a slightly lower mello sound. You may have to adjust your exhaust pipes a bit to make them straight. |

Once installed, is a useful item but, installation instructions left alot to be desired. There was no drill mark on the inside of the left speaker cover of my 2007 (as indicated in the instructions). A place (hole) is provided from the factory to insert the contact switch but, it is not immediately obvious. You'll still have to drill a hole to run the harness. Not a heavy duty housing and light but, does the trick. If you want to install a 12 volt power socket in your trunk, now would be a good time. I have mine loose in one of the pockets of my Chocko trunk lid organizer |

Nice item but, you'll have to remove them when washing your bike. (water and soap runs down the inside of the lens) Removal is easy. |
| A must have. Directions were perfect, template provided made it alot less stresfull takeing the drill to the trim. |
