| Great item. Practically infinite adjustability puts this way up the "Gotta Have" scale. Install took a bit but care is rewarded with a OEM look and effect. Ditto the "adjust on the fly" possibilities for road and terrain variations; also for a variety of positions for comfort. Much better on back issues than the "K" version it replaced. Bravo! Utopia. |

| I emailed CWOLAW when I ordered the hitch. His instructions arrived and I had time to study them before the hitch arrived. I recieved the hitch yesterday and started installing last night. Finished this morning and towed my trailer for a few miles. It is hard to understand why a company would continue sending such poor instructions with a quality product. CWOLAW should receive a commision for his work on the instructions. Like all the other reviews, good product, lousy instructions. |
| Just installed it yesterday, and just love it. Installation was not bad at all. Agree with another reviewer, when just the key is on, one side does not work as bright and also flashers don't work normally, but once you start the bike and you are up and running, PERFECT. Ya gotta have this one. I am not mechanically inclined, and I installed it no problem at all following the directions. |
| Nice, inexpensive piece of plastic chrome. Adds a classic touch to the front fender. Very easy stick on installation. |

I just put this hitch on my 2007 GL1800 Wing,and I emailed CWOLAW for his detailed instructions and photos of the step by step procedure to put the hitch on. Thanks CWOLAW. The instructions that come with the hitch are not good at all. The hitch is very strong and I pulled my trailer only a 100 miles so far, but it pulls great with this hitch. I will be goung to Americade in June and that will be a good test for it. Good product, bad instructions. Jim |

| Did my first oil change and used this tool. Did not have to remove the lower cowl like the book said. Well worth the money. |
