Great kit. I wish I bought this originally! Installed quickly, works and sounds awesome. I hated playing music through the helmet because it was so tin-y... One thing I almost overlooked was the patch cable from the 8 pin J&M P series to the 5 on the wing...
Nice set of liners and better constructed then the GL1200 liners. Saddlebag liners stuff in nicely. The trunk liner was not that useful on the motorcycle, although is nice when taking a bag for the weekend. Well worht their cost.

Installation was a breeze. I replaced the stock height WS with this one. The vent swap was more trouble than the windshield itself. When done, I appreciated the extra 2" height. The hondaline products are already set up with the gradient and the proper tape coating so it will adjust without any problems. The F4 windshield replacement instructions were excellent and made the entire process very easy to follow. You can download the F4 instructions here: https://www.f4customs.com/media/Install_directions_pg4.pdf For the price, and with free shipping, this is an excellent replacement that is identical in quality to the stock unit. |
Older reviews say that the fit and finish on these lights are great, the set that I got are bent, three bulbs don't work and they would have to be reworked to fit my wing. These are low to no Quality parts that are sitting in the trash can.
Added these to accept the Kury amber floorboard lights - had to drill a hole to accept the wiring for the lights. These are chromed steel, good quality and shine, seemed better than the plastic ones. Used over a year now, still look great.
Great value, good height, some hanging over the backside of my rack though. The hook and loop attachments are REAL STRONG, I run without the added bungie cords now. Can't beat the price for value. Use it on my Kuryakyn rack purchased here.
Wow, this looks great with my chrome lower cowling just like in the photo. I didn't like the idea of sticking this thing on with the semi-permanent double sided tape, so I used a few large rectangles of high quality, industrial strength, exterior velcro. (Home Depot). I rode 100 miles yesterday and everything stayed snug. If you see a chrome cover on the side of the road, that means the glue broke down or the velcro failed, but, so far, it works great.
Don't be shocked when only one shows up for the price! They are a must have. The little suckers fly off, and they are hard to find. Lost one the other day so spares are nice to have.
Delivered as described. The only reason for four stars is the wrench is sharp edged. Not a big deal, but if you pulled hard enough it would cut your skin for sure.
I have these with the Centramatic balancers and I dont have any problems on my 07 wing, you do have to make sure to put a thin washer on both sides of the front mounting tab so it does not smash the plastic tab. Make sure the washer hole is small enough that it only slides over the threads of the caliper bolt and doesnt slide on to the caliper bolt past the theads or it will push your caliper in when you tighten the outer nut.
They were easy to install, only took about 10-15 min's. After install the trunk was hard to close, about a month later I used some sand paper to the right side bumpers, problem solved.
My wife and I were so tired of sweaty #$$ syndrome here in Texas I was going to make a set from car beads seat covers. Just by chance I saw these and had to try them. WOW what a difference, no more sweat marks through our jeans. The funny thing is on what range of comments we get about these, from snickers to do they really work. The snicker folks change there tune when they have hot sweaty buns and we don't lol. Thank you Wing Stuff
