The GL1500 seats are actually one inch lower than the stock seat for the driver and the passenger seat section is the same seat height as the stock seat so it gives the passenger a little better front view. Des Ultimate Seats |

| Recomend this to anyone who has an old cushy stock seat. This is a nice firm seat and the back rest positioning is excellent. The down side is it raises the rider up an inch because it is a wider seat than stock. The passenger is raised up as well, however my wife likes her increased visibility. She says the seat is a lot more comfortable on her tail bone. |
