| As the paint had worn off the original ends, these are a nice replacement. |

Neat little product, doesn't look weird hanging off the side of the bike either...it has a classy look to it. I mounted mine on the bolt closest to the front of the bike. It's lower, but it doesn't interfere with the opening or closing of the saddle bag. It's far enough back that the passengers foot doesn't catch it while they're getting on the bike. The drink holder has tough rubber fingers protruding through the top so it will hold a drink nice and tight. About the easiest thing I've installed on my bike so far. Should fit just about any GL1800. Mine is a 2012, so for those of you who have a 2012 model, it fits perfectly. |

There is always room for improvement. The angle of the light should be directed downward a few degrees, but otherwise it is functional. Don't forget the wiring harness necessary to make this work. The harness includes a plunger switch that mounts in the left speaker box. All wiring goes from the top, above the inner trunk lid, out the back behind the passenger seat -- routes into the left speaker box, hooks up to the switch then the wiring leaves the speaker box and should be bundled with the cables running around the left hinge. I found that the hole locations were already stamped out on the back, so it was just a matter of drilling three holes (two for the screws and one for the wire) and mounting the light. It's not difficult to install, just time consuming. It took me about an hour from start to finish, maybe less -- I wasn't watching the clock. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was a pain and the light could be directed better. Now all I have to do is throw a Bazooka sub in the trunk and block the light entirely... :( One thing to note: There is a diode on the light assembly. Reversing polarity will only cause it not to light. If this happens, reverse the connections. |
| Nice addition to my 2012 Gold Wing, really looks nice on a black bike. If you have Kuryakyn Skinni Mini LED's installed on the headlight lens, you might have to remove them...I haven't gotten that far with wiring LED's in just yet, but the tabs that fold into the headlight lens might interfere. |

Really easy to install. My 2012 trunk lid already had the locations marked out with dimples that the template lined up with. Will fit comfortable on the back with the Kuryakyn KU7151 Chrome Luggage Rack w/Rubber Inlay. Just take your time drilling the holes, you'll end up drilling three 7/16" holes on the LEFT side and two 7/16" holes on the RIGHT side. Start with a 1/8" pilot hole and increment your way up to 7/16". Includes the necessary wiring harness to wiring it into the brake lights. Works only for brakes - does not function as a turn signal indicator. Installation took about 15 to 20 minutes. |
| I purchased a black one. I really love the shape of it and the layout of the LED's. The silkscreen print will come off if you just rip the plastic covering off. Gently peel from the corner and peel slowly. A small amount will adhere to the plastic, but the printing across the piece should remain behind. |
| I like this item. Bought it a couple weeks ago and so far so good. I use my Butler Cup when on the long trips. Great for taking coffee on the way to work or play. A thin foam liner would have given it 5 stars. |
| This was a life saver. I recommend this with any connections with your signal lights. Also buy the adaptor with the five Y connections on it for more. |
| Got thewe on after looking over the instructions. I was very happy in noting tht I bought the adoptor set. I think it took longer to read the instructions than it did to actually put the stealth lights on so I justed winged it no pun intended. They look great also used as signal lights with the connection. For those of you with the tempation of adding more lights to the wing. I would recommend buying the adaptor set set that has more y connections on it. I believe there's one that has a five connectors with it. |
| Received the AirHawk seat cushion as a birthday gift in July. Have ridden about a thousand miles so far and love this product! I never had an issue with the stock Honda seat, but now I'm spoiled and would not ride without it. As other reviewers have noted: it does make you sit taller in the saddle and does not take much air. We ride in a lot of rain here in Florida, and would recommend you take the cushion off because it does soak up water and will give you a wet butt. |
