I added these Kuryakyn GL 1800 Chrome Valve Covers to my Goldwing. Installed two years ago and easy to install. Just clean the surface and install, easy...
I had originally given this item a 5 star but after a couple of years it has popped up on one side. I had noticed at installation that it was straighter than the curved point of contact but it held for a couple of years then boing. one side gave up the grip and popped up. I'll have to strip it and reapply a new one which should not happen. If it had been formed with the curve in the first place it would not have wanted to seperate from the fairing.
To avoid gravel chips and passenger kicks, I added the 4pc Chrome Steel Scuff Plates to my Goldwing. Be sure to clean the area and install carefully as per instructions. Been on my bike for two years. I have never had a problem with these Scuff Plates.

I've had two of these and have lost both of them. They scrape, loosen up and fall off. Waste of money!!
