OK, the power of suggestion is really strong with this one. I've found the wing from the factory to be an exceptionally stable bike especially for it's size. However, after installing this brace, cornering was tighter, ride was smoother, heck even the engine purr was tighter...dunno, the bike just felt extremely well connected with this thing in place. The chrome job is thick and top notch. The fit is great, just like it was born there. |
| This stuff is really good! After applying it makes the bike look so shinny it looks wet! Leaves no buff marks. I use it on the chrome stuff also and it make that look really good also. I really like it give it a try you will also. I have a 2012 Wing, Red. |
| I drilled a 1 inch hole which allowed me to thread the socket in with no slack at all. No more dead GPS. |
| My husband was a little worried about how they were going to look on the bike when they stick out there. But I bought them anyways and it was the best purchase. It looks great on the bike and he's able to add hundreds of miles to our trips. The only disadvantage is how his legs rub the radiator guards. This is a small price to pay for extra comfort. On cold days he's acutally found that using these pegs filters warm air from the radiator and provides extra heat. |
| My husband loved this backrest because it provided good support. But, I'm 5'2 and as a passenger I absolutely hated it. My knees where so sore from straddling the bars. We even bought the pads to put on the bars and it still didn't help. We bought this one because we didn't want to cut a hole in the seat as it would void the seat warranty. We finally broke down and bought the back rest that mounts through the center of the seat. My husband installed it in less than 1 hour. Heated seats still work perfect. As a passanger the new backrest has increased my riding by far as my knees no longer hurt and I can stretch my legs out. |

I have to say, I wrote a couple of scathing reviews about this product, but, in my defense, as my wife will tell you, I'm very obstinate and won't admit when I'm wrong. In this case, I am/was...but don't tell her. It is true that my first pair wouldn't sync. It is also true that Sena technical support accused me of not following thier very simple directions (which is where I probably should have stayed a little calmer). However, the outcome is much more positive. After reading my review(s) on Wingstuff.com, I was contacted by Rick Grassadonia the North America Sales Manager for Sena through the Wingstuff website email. He made arrangements to have me ship my dual pair set back to him directly and he had them replaced. He also went as far as upgrading my units to the the newer v2.0 models which allows for firmware updates (really cool). Thanks Rick, great customer support! The new units work perfectly! That's right, they work great! They DO sync up for intercom use with my wife(maybe not the brightest side of this story). I can receive and make phone calls. The jog dial is very easy to manipulate (although my wife still bumps mine from time to time with her head). And with the Gold Wing 5 pin to 3.5mm adapters I purchased from Wingstuff.com, I can use some of Gold Wings' on board audio functions. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a Bluetooth solution to audio, phone and intercom functionality on their Gold Wing. In fact, I like them so much now, I just placed an order for another dual setup for a friend for his birthday present! |

PITA Feels like a solid hitch after you get it on, if you get it on. H bracket screws are short had to leave the flat washer off. Most of the pain was because the bike was tweaked a little. Not done yet update later! |

While I'm sure the Air Wings will perform as advertised (have had them on several bikes) I was really upset when I unpacked them to find that three of the plastic screws were already broken off. I know they say they use plastic so the wings will not get broken as easily in case of a mishap. But I don't think shipping qualifies as a mishap. They were shipped from Baker, so I would suggest a little better quality control, or better yet, go back to metal screws, which is what I used to replace the broken plastic junk. That said, the black hardware and dark tinted wings look great on my 2008 Dark Red Hannigan trike, and install was easy. |
| Can anyone out three tell me will this items work for the 1500 SE? |
| This is one of the best accessories that I have ever purchased. I carried enough between the bike and the rack bag for a nearly 3 week trip. My bike is the bike on the cover of the January 2012 WingWorld Magazine. You can see the rack bag in the picture. The bag is 4000 miles from home at that point - 4000 to go. Everything was dry, clean, and safe the whole way. |

I gave these boards 3 stars because of the lack of adjustment in the board. I bought the 4 inch arms so they didn't come back so far and still not enough adjustment to get my legs around the fairing. Nice chrome and looks nice but, save a little money and stay with the highway PEGS. WingStuff Had Them To The House IN Four Days. Good Job Wing Stuff |
| Kuryakyn Made this right. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I'm 6'1" and wear a size 15 boot. Yes I said a 15. There was not enough room for my foot to sit flat on the shift side of the boards with out removing the toe nob in the front. The heel shiuft is nice and the brake pad is nice and big. The chrome is nice. follow the distructions and things will work out fine. It sucks having big feet but,You know what they say about guys with big feet...... They wear big socks. ;-) |
