If you leave it on your bike rack even 1 summer long and say take 1-2 trips to work every week for 4-5 months or so, the entire top and sides of the bag will fade A TON to a light black not dark black. Otherwise, it is a great bag holds lots of stuff, well made, overhangs the rack by only about 1" in back (no biggie), and the velcro sticks super good will never fly off down the road. The only other drawback besides fading terribly is the front mesh pockets should be redesigned easily in order to fit wider stuff in them besides say a stick of gum or a piece of paper. How about making them larger to fit 2 water bottles - that would be awesome if they expanded those mesh front pockets to be more useful. Fading in 1 season of riding terribly and almost useless front mesh pockets, otherwise it would be a 5 star product.
I really like this fender extension. It keeps the front of my Wing cleaner, and it looks great. It installs easily in a very short time. If you need to remove the fender to install this, I don't think you should try and install anything else on your bike. This is a simple install without removing the fender. No really, if you think you need to remove the fender to install this, take your bike to a shop and have them install it or send the fender extension back.
have rode 85000 miles had all brands more then once going back too cobra strayed to dunlop never again back for good till another tire invented
Fits perfect and is price can't be beat. Wingstuff rocks!
Bought these tires last June, had them installed by local Honda shop front and rear. I'm just over four thousand miles and the rear is beginning to cup. I have been relicious about tire pressure maintaining 40 PSI front and 41 rear. Also found what i thought was a nail in it and it turned out to be a manufacturing flaw. A dime size solid chunk of what i think is belt material in the tire. Pulled it out and it left a puck about 1/4" deep 1/2" round. I intend to contact Wing Stuff tomorrow, but I may be sent to Avon. I'll let you know how it turns out. Really disapointed because these were riding pretty nice until now.
My review on 3/23/12 has been corrected by the manufacture (Glass Act). They are sending the bracket. They got back with me on the 25th(Sunday at that).Rodney with Wingstuff called me at home Monday morning to correct the problem. Thanks to both parties. The mug is of heavy quality. They may not be the flashie chrome, but are great.

easiest thing i have installed on the goldwing. no seat removal neccessary. would have been done in 20 minutes but i worked for 10 minutes trying to get the stop knob on the bottom of the mirror. i finally gave up and will go without it. |
I used this for a summer trip across the desert, yeah, not the best planning but anyway I had plenty of fluid. Plenty of room for ice and whatever you want to sip. It was easy to install and, I can swing it out of the way when I don't need it. The dust cover on the straw is great for keeping "extra vitamins" off of your straw. Easy to pick up and replace in holder with gloves on. I've used it for both hot and cold drinks and temps were maintained for a reasonable amout of time.
I bought this last year, hoping never to use it. With recent beautiful weather here in the Midwest we took off for a short one day trip (400 miles) to southern Indiana. Somewhere along the way I picked up a nail in my rear tire. I used this kit and was back on the road and heading home 30 minutes after getting the flat. I am completely sold and will not travel without the kit. Tip: When you are turning the allen wrench seating the plug, make sure turn wrench until it won’t turn anymore. I thought I was reaching the end of the turns and was actually just beginning to seat the plug.

Great item. I had one of the previous ones that had the holes not aligned properly to match the screws. WingStuff replaced it with a new improved one and this one went on very easy. It does eliminate the concaved roof of the trunk so a full size helmet will not fit any more, but I rarely use a full helmet except for the winter time. I love finally having a place to put little things like my license plate lock key, pens, mini flashlight, notepad, etc. So I don't have to hunt around in the trunk for them. |
CAUTION!! the picture shows that you should get a angle bracket to mount to the armrest, but you get a bracket mount thats the same as the driver style. Now I'll have to get with WingStuff to find the fix. I am a machinist , it may be faster to fab my own.
I have not yet install the balancers, the manufacture highly suggest that you replace the caliper bolts upon installation. How would you know? Centramatic should supply these in the package and or WingStuff should mention this . This way you could order them from the OEM section and not have to wait or make a special trip to a dealer or take your luck finding metric button head bolts. Because of this I am only giving a two rating.
