| Very simple to align and install. Looks great and breaks up that large area of colour very nicely. |
| Another item that should come standard. Great cover for your remote. Everyone should have one. |
| The basic installation was very easy. I didn't realise until I received them that they are marked not suitable for EU/AU models. Sure enough the bike wouldn't start once it was installed. (It interferes with the HISS system) After a bit of looking around on the web I found a solution. With a dremel tool (or a file) just remove about half the chrome on the inside of the round part that touches the lock barrel. You can't see this area once installed and it works fine. |
| I bought a few and gave them to friends. Cheap as and do the job. |

It is what it is. Its just a toy but it looks great. I thought the price was pretty good also. I reckon they would sell more if they had more colours. |

Just felt like I needed to revise my earlier review. Had a question about the cover which the guys at WingStuff couldn't answer. No problem, I'll email the company. Three emails later, with no response, my feelings are now: screw these Sknz clowns. I will be buying a new cover for my bike, but not from Sknz. I'll be buying the Geza Gear cover https://wingstuff.com/products/34005-sun-buster-half-bike-cover?context=geza_gear instead. For me, you can have a good product, but without good customer service you won't get my dollars. I'd have given Sknz 0 stars, but it's not an option. |

Easy install, other than both acorn nuts on the kickstand side were corroded, so be careful when removing. Note that mike bike is only one year old. One twisted off the stud, the other barely came off. Coated remaining three acorn nuts with anti-seize prior to re-installing. As another reviewer noted, used some split rubber hose on the very front of the pan on the removable front half to reduce rattle. Also made for a snugger fit. Will report back if any noticeable difference while riding, such as heat or wind gust. |
| Recently installed these Hand Wings on my GL1800 because my wife was absolutely unhappy with the tremendous amount of helmet buffeting she was experiencing at higher speeds. She is not a happy camper on the Goldwing because of this problem. My previous bike was a Yamaha FJR1300 and she was very comfortable on that bike even at higher speeds - no helmet buffeting. I'm hoping that this product does what it claims to do - minimize the airflow around the passenger's heads and shoulder area. Remember, a happy passenger makes for a happy ride. |
