Good tires. No great tires. I had the dyno-beads in them. Reached the ware bars at 19,000 miles. Tires wore beautifully. No cupping. I was so please I bought my second pair from wingstuff. I installed the centramatics this time with the new tires. Hope to report on the differences of the dyno-beads to the centramatics.
Simple stick on installation, even with highway pegs it went on easy. 2012 Honda insignia is also chrome on covers so I sprayed that black and wiped off the excess with thinner. HONDA stands out now, a nice contrast to all the chrome.
Just love the look, adds details that should be on the wing! Install was simple really, but it took a little work to get aligned the way I like it. If you aren't mechanically inclined the dealer can do this easily...
This is the second belly pan that I have installed on a wing. This one is a really good one. The hardware makes installation a breeze. There is no doubt that the material of construction will take the hits and save vulnerable parts. And the air venting is a good touch. I wonder why Honda has not closed this gap from the factory.
I installed this on a red 2012 wing. Installation and removal is very easy. The black provides a real good contrast against the red paint job. The fit is good. Easy to clean - really beats getting bugs off the paint. It is a good value for the money.
While almost all that I have ordered from WingStuff is good stuff, this is an exception. I found the quality to be sorely lacking - just looked cheap. I used tape on the mounting plate to prevent damage to the paint. There was not enough adjustability to serve as a real blindspot mirror with the mounting bracked squared up to provide stability. I removed them after a couple of rides.
If you plan on doing your own work you have to have it.
You just can't go wrong with them. I had 28000 on my last set and could have gone way more but I had the bike apart doing maintaince so I replaced them anyway. Even if you are to mechanical they are super simple to install.
It goes on my Kury flat bar rack. Bigger than I thought it would be. Rain bag works great.
I recently retired my 07 tired suspension with the monotubes. Ride is much smoother now. Tracking in corners is much more stable. I also replaced steering bearings with all balls. Installation is straight forward and the directions are clear. Don't forget you will need to buy new seals. Even if you have never done forks before you could do this. I was also able to score a progressive rear shock and spring that were still new in the box. All and all I'm very happy with this set up.
I bought this cover in april and now the end of July it has faded to almost white from black. I have used almost 3 cans of scotch gaurd and cant get the cover to stop the rain when I uncover my bike after any rain I have a puddle in my seat. 3 stars for the fit but no stars for rain protection or sun fade. I live in Iowa so Ca. or southern sun would be even worse.
I recently purchased this windshield and it is defective in that it wont stay at hht level I prefer. Also it has a tendency to scratch. It is also overly priced in my opinion. Never again!
